Kenny Britt (hip) practiced fully again on Friday.

Listed as probable, he will start against San Francisco.
Oct 31 - 2:37 PM

Vincent Jackson (ribs) is listed as probable for Week 9.

V-Jax is coming off a one-catch, 13-yard clunker, but should have openings if the Browns leave Joe Haden at left cornerback on Sunday, something they've done often this season. In that scenario, Jackson would end up running a lot of routes against burnable RCB Buster Skrine. The Bucs pass-game dysfunction has hurt him, but Jackson should be in fantasy lineups this week.
Oct 31 - 2:34 PM

Doug Martin (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Week 9 against the Browns.

Bobby Rainey is shaping up as a sneaky-good flex option against a porous Cleveland run defense, particularly with rookie Charles Sims uncertain to be activated for the game. If Sims doesn't play, the Bucs would turn to Rainey in the lead back role with Mike James perhaps being utilized as the breather back. Fantasy owners in need of roster space can send Martin packing at this point.

According to the Baltimore Sun, Owen Daniels (knee, questionable) "moved well" during the portion of Friday's practice that's open to the media.

Oct 31 - 2:15 PM

Jadeveon Clowney (illness) is expected to miss Week 9 against the Eagles.

Updating a previous item, Clowney appears to be over his early-season knee injury. But he is dealing with an illness. Clowney's absence is an upgrade to Nick Foles' matchup. Although Clowney did not light up the stat sheet against the Titans, he created pressure and was a nuisance to the Titans' O-Line.
Oct 31 - 2:11 PM

Eagles C Jason Kelce (groin) is listed as probable for Week 9.

It's a big plus for LeSean McCoy's run blocking in a date with the Texans.
Oct 31 - 1:45 PM

Bengals OC Hue Jackson expressed confidence Friday that Jeremy Hill will be a capable lead back in the absence of Gio Bernard (shoulder/hip).

"I feel good that if it happened that way, that [Hill] would go in there and do the job," Jackson said. ESPN Bengals reporter Coley Harvey expects Cedric Peerman and Rex Burkhead to also supply "production from the running back position" off the bench, although Hill has shown capable of being a true every-down back and is the heavy favorite for touches. Keep in mind the Jaguars have allowed just 3.44 YPC and one rushing score to opposing running backs over their last five games, and Cincinnati's struggling run-blocking unit will be without RG Kevin Zeitler (calf). Hill owners will be hanging their hats on anticipated volume and goal-line chances.

Asked Friday whether Giovani Bernard (hip, out) will be available for Week 10 against the Browns, coach Marvin Lewis replied "We'll see."

"We'll cross those bridges then," Lewis said of Bernard, whose production has dwindled while battling shoulder, rib, and hip injuries the past three weeks. "The rest will be good for him." After hosting the Jaguars on Sunday, the Bengals have a quick Week 10 turnaround as they'll host the Browns on Thursday Night Football. It's conceivable that rookie power back Jeremy Hill will end up making consecutive starts.
