Al Jefferson (dental pain) will not play on Friday against the Grizzlies.

Hopefully this is just a one-day thing for Jefferson, who was not on the injury report just an hour ago. With the Pacers getting their power forwards back, Kevin Seraphin should slide over the backup five spot behind Myles Turner against the bigger Memphis front line. Turner also get a slight bump, too.

Justin Anderson is available for Friday against the Wizards.

With the 76ers having almost no chance to get a first-round pick in the Nerlens Noel trade, they're clearly invested in Anderson. He's a great fit in Philly's system and should see minutes at three positions, especially with Dario Saric as the only healthy power forward. Anderson is more of a watch-list guy in fantasy, but coach Brett Brown should get a good look at him the rest of the way.

C.J. Miles is expected to start on Friday vs. Memphis, which will bump Glenn Robinson III back to the bench.

Robinson, who won the Dunk Contest last weekend, had started each of the Pacers last three games prior to the All-Star break. On the season, he has started 27 games and been a reserve in the other 28. Robinson is averaging just 4.6 points and 2.4 rebounds in 14.6 minutes in those games in which he has come off the bench. He can be left on the wire.

C.J. Miles is expected to start and Glenn Robinson will come off the bench on Friday against the Grizzlies.

Coach Nate McMillan said this move is contingent on Thaddeus Young (wrist) starting. Young is probable, so Miles should be in the first unit today. His value shouldn't change too much in the starting lineup as a 3-point specialist.

General manager Ryan McDonough thinks Marquese Chriss "will get a lot of opportunity" for the rest of the season.

The GM said the Suns were going with more of a half youth movement to this point, but now things will be geared more towards the young guys going forward. In February, the Suns rolled with P.J. Tucker and T.J. Warren together for 124 minutes in those nine games, so that piece of the pie in the rotation is up for grabs with Chriss as the favorite to soak up most of those. He should trend up with more consistency going forward.

General manager Ryan McDonough said Derrick Jones Jr. could get minutes the rest of the way.

He didn't sound as confident about Airplane Mode getting more minutes like he did with Tyler Ulis, Alex Len and Alan Williams. Jones Jr. finished second in the dunk contest, but the UNLV product has some work to do as a contributor.

General manager Ryan McDonough said Alan Williams "will play a little bit more" the rest of the season.

Williams is going to be a restricted free agent this summer, so the Suns want to get a look at him to help their decision on his contract for next season. Big Sauce has been a terrific rebounder in limited minutes, but he likely won't see much run while Tyson Chandler and Alex Len are out of the lineup. Expect Chandler to get some days off, though.

Kevin Love (knee) said on Friday his knee scope was "very minor."

"I don't know what the [plan is] as far as other guys resting or me resting going forward, but I imagine between J.R. [Smith] and myself, we'll get out there and get our wind and be ready to go for whenever [the playoffs start] in April," Love said. He is expected to miss almost all of March and he'll be seeing plenty of maintenance days upon his return. Channing Frye should have some value for owners needing treys.
