Roddy White (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Thursday night's Week 3 game against the Bucs.

White hasn't practiced at all this week, but all indications are that he'll suit up Thursday night. He isn't a player that needs to practice, especially on a short week. White will be a mid-range WR2 against Alterraun Verner and company.

DeSean Jackson (shoulder) said he plans to play Week 3 against the Eagles.

"I don't plan on missing this game," Jackson said. You can bet Jackson will do everything in his power to play his first game back in Philly. And look for the Redskins to get him some looks early against his former teammates. Jackson can be penciled into fantasy lineups. His practice status will be updated later today.

A.J. Green (toe) is not practicing on Wednesday.

Green says he'll try to practice Thursday. He hopes to play this week against the Titans, but "doesn't know at this point." Green originally hurt the toe in the first quarter of the season opener and aggravated it early in Week 2. Green will likely be a game-time decision. His status will be updated again Thursday.

Packers OLB Andy Mulumba will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL.

Mulmba, a special teams-only player, tore his ACL last week against the Jets. With Clay Matthews and Nick Perry dogged by injuries last season, Mulumba played 361 defensive snaps. He'll compete for a roster spot next summer.

Coach Tom Coughlin said Odell Beckham (hamstring) won't play Week 3 against the Texans.

"Not to my knowledge," Coughlin said. "Not with the team." Beckham remains sidelined at practice, and isn't expected to take any reps this week. Preston Parker will fill in as the Giants' No. 3 receiver in place of Jerrel Jernigan (foot, I.R.). Parker (6'/200) has just one catch since the 2011 season with the Bucs.

Stedman Bailey has been reinstated from suspension after the NFL and NFLPA agreed to an overhauled drug policy on Wednesday.

Bailey can return to the Rams' facility immediately and play in Sunday's Week 3 game against the Cowboys. Bailey has arguably the best pair of hands on the team and will be a welcome addition to a lackluster receiving group that isn't getting any production outside of Brian Quick. Bailey had a strong training camp and preseason. He'll be in the mix to start opposite Quick immediately.

Cowboys CB Orlando Scandrick has been reinstated from suspension after the NFL and NFLPA agreed to an overhauled drug policy on Wednesday.

Scandrick hasn't practiced in a few weeks, so his status for Week 3 against the Rams is up in the air. But he's eligible to return to Valley Ranch immediately and begin practicing Wednesday. Scandrick is Dallas' best corner. He'll start opposite Brandon Carr in the base defense before moving to the slot in sub-packages.
Sep 17 - 10:58 AM

Wes Welker, Cowboys CB Orlando Scandrick, and Rams WR Stedman Bailey are all allowed to return to their teams immediately and play Week 3 after the NFL and NFLPA agreed to a new drug policy Wednesday.

All three players can return to their respective teams' facilities Wednesday morning and begin practicing with their clubs. Welker has already been cleared of his preseason concussion and should be back in the lineup Sunday against the Seahawks. The Broncos will have to see where Welker is at physically after he hasn't practiced with the teams for a few weeks, but we'd expect him to be out there at least in a limited role. He'll eventually be on the WR2/3 map.
