In a statement, Roger Goodell confirmed the NFL will appeal Judge Richard Berman's decision to nullify Tom Brady's four-game suspension.

Broncos coach Gary Kubiak said RBs Montee Ball and Kapri Bibbs will get the 'bulk of the work' in the fourth preseason game.

Getting a lot of work in the fourth preseason game is never a good sign for a player's roster status. Ball has fallen way behind C.J. Anderson, Ronnie Hillman and even Juwan Thompson on the depth chart. At this point, he is just fighting for a roster spot. It is a fight he may end up losing.

NJ Advanced Media's Eliot Shorr-Parks believes DeMarco Murray will see 65 percent of the Eagles' running back carries.

Shorr-Parks believes Ryan Mathews gets 30 percent while Darren Sproles sees 5 percent. Eagles' running backs saw 415 carries last season, which would put Murray at 270 carries using Shorr-Parks' prediction. That is higher than the 250 carries the Philadelphia Inquirer "guessed" on Tuesday, but both numbers would have put Murray in the top ten for rushing attempts last season. As long as he stays healthy, Murray will get enough work to return value on his current late-first-round ADP.

Titans CB Jason McCourty called rookie WR Dorial Green-Beckham "a beast."

"There’s certain things you can’t teach," McCourty continued, "and you can’t teach a guy to be that big, and to be physical." DGB is an imposing figure at 6'5/237 pounds, but he is a rough around the edges prospect who has yet to earn a spot with the first-team offense. With only Harry Douglas and Hakeem Nicks to beat out, Green-Beckham should earn a starting role at some point this season. He is a decent late-round flier.

The Philadelphia Daily News said there is a "good chance" Brent Celek leads the Eagles' tight ends in snaps this year.

Just as he has every year since 2009. Chip Kelly reportedly loves Celek, and he offers the Eagles more in the running game than Zach Ertz. Recovering from groin surgery, Ertz may not even suit up early in the season, and when he finally gets back on the field it will again be in a backup role to Celek. Ertz is nothing more than a TE2 flier at this point.

According to Pewter Report, free agent CB Tim Jennings received a contract offer from the Buccaneers.

Jennings left his meeting with the Bucs on Tuesday without signing a deal, but Tampa Bay reportedly made an offer. Jennings has a history with both coach Lovie Smith and DC Leslie Frazier, making a deal more likely than not. Jennings has yet to take any other visits.

The NFL is not expected to seek an injunction which would keep Tom Brady off the field during the appeal of Thursday's decision.

The NFL will almost certainly appeal the decision to vacate Brady's four-game ban, but they do not have to seek an injunction which would keep Brady off the field. Brady will be under center in the season opener, and barring injury should be the starter all season. He is now a top-five fantasy quarterback.

Bleacher Report's Jason Cole reported Cowboys DE Greg Hardy is considering an appeal of his four-game suspension in the wake of Tom Brady's appeal win.

Hardy saw his 10-game suspension reduced to four games in July, but he still feels hard done after being forced to sit out all but one game last year. Brady's win in federal court could give Hardy the confidence to seek out a similar result. If Hardy can earn a stay, the Cowboys' defensive line will be a position of strength entering the season.
