The Angels are expected to recall Cam Bedrosian prior to Friday's game in Texas.
He'll take Huston Street's (oblique) roster spot. Bedrosian holds a 5.76 ERA and 56/33 K/BB ratio over 54 2/3 innings at the big league level since 2014.
Indians activated RHP Tommy Hunter from the 15-day disabled list.
Hunter got a late start to the season following core muscle surgery, but he's ready to go now. He could fill an important role in the middle innings for the Tribe.
Indians designated LHP Ross Detwiler for assignment.
Detwiler holds a 5.79 ERA this season and a 7.14 mark since the beginning of 2015. He'll surely have to settle for a minor league deal somewhere.
Tigers recalled RHP Michael Fulmer from Triple-A Toledo.
Fulmer will make his major league debut on Friday against the Twins. He's posted a 4.11 ERA and 20/5 K/BB ratio across 15 1/3 innings for Toledo this season and the top prospect isn't a bad streaming option. Fulmer is replacing Shane Greene (blister) and isn't a given to stick around long.
Tigers placed RHP Shane Greene on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to April 25, with a middle finger blister.
The blister didn't heal fast enough for Greene to make his scheduled start this weekend, so the Tigers are playing it safe. He should be back soon. Michael Fulmer is taking Greene's rotation spot.
Brewers recalled RHP David Goforth from Triple-A Colorado Springs.
Goforth posted a 4.35 ERA over his first eight relief appearances with Colorado Springs. He'll work in the middle innings.
Brewers optioned RHP Taylor Jungmann to Triple-A Colorado Springs.
Jungmann pitched pretty well in 21 starts for the Brewers last season and started their third game of the season this year. However, he's put up a 9.15 ERA and 13/13 K/BB ratio in 20 2/3 innings through five outings this season, so it's not a surprise a change was made. The Brewers haven't announced who will take Jungmann's rotation spot.
Michael Foltynewicz is expected to start for the Braves on Monday versus the Mets.
He's expected to take the rotation spot of Bud Norris, who is headed to the bullpen. Tyrell Jenkins was also mentioned as a possibility to take Norris' spot, but it appears the duty will fall to Foltynewicz. The hard-throwing right-hander holds a 2.05 ERA and 20/14 K/BB ratio across 22 frames for Triple-A Gwinnett this season. He'll likely provide strikeouts but not much else for fantasy owners.
