Shane Vereen (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Week 3.

Vereen was limited throughout the week with a shoulder injury. There's been nothing to suggest he won't be available for Sunday's game, but his status will be worth checking when the Patriots' release their inactives. Vereen is a borderline RB2 against the Raiders.

Maurice Jones-Drew (hand surgery) is listed as questionable for Week 3.

Jones-Drew is on track to play after returning to practice Thursday. His status will be known early on Sunday with the Raiders taking on New England for a 1PM ET game. If Jones-Drew is active, he'll be part of a committee with Darren McFadden and Latavius Murray.
Sep 19 - 4:41 PM

Tavon Austin (knee) is listed as questionable for Week 3 against the Cowboys.

Despite practicing on a limited basis Friday, Austin remains unlikely to play through his MCL sprain. Stedman Bailey should see time in the slot.
Sep 19 - 4:33 PM

Marshawn Lynch (back) is officially listed as probable for Week 3.

Lynch will play through his back issues against the Broncos. He's Rotoworld's No. 4 overall running back.
Sep 19 - 4:22 PM

Joique Bell (knee) is listed as probable for Week 3.

Bell was limited in practice this week with a knee injury, but his status was never in doubt. He's a high-end RB2 against a Packers defense that's allowed 217 yards and three touchdowns through the first two games.
Sep 19 - 4:17 PM

De'Anthony Thomas (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 3.

Thomas got in a limited session Wednesday, but was ruled out after not practicing the last two days. Frankie Hammond will continue to replace him on punt returns.
Sep 19 - 4:03 PM

Bernard Pierce (thigh) is listed as questionable for Week 3 at Cleveland.

Pierce did practice on a limited basis Friday, which indicates he's more likely than not to suit up against the Browns. Still, it's fair to wonder if an injury to Pierce could be the opening rookie Lorenzo Taliaferro needs to grab playing time. Pierce was ineffective for most of last Thursday night's game, before racking up garbage-time yards. Justin Forsett remains a change-up back.
Sep 19 - 3:48 PM

Jalen Parmele will be the Cardinals' short-yardage and goal-line back going forward.

That's what Bruce Arians announced on Friday. Stepfan Taylor will not get goal-line carries in Jonathan Dwyer's absence, and nor will Andre Ellington. A 28-year-old journeyman, Parmele carries little or no fantasy valeu.
