KBOI Boise reports Broncos S Shiloh Keo was arrested for driving under the influence early Saturday morning in Ada County, Idaho.

Keo was booked into the Ada County Jail at 2:19 a.m. Saturday morning. Keo played his college ball at the University of Idaho and still makes his home there in the offseason. A fifth-round pick of the Texans in 2011, Keo spent 2014 out of the league before latching on with the Broncos in December after tweeting his interest to DC Wade Phillips.

ESPN Rams reporter Nick Wagoner believes RG Rodger Saffold (shoulder) is a possible cap cut.

Saffold had his left shoulder surgically repaired last January and landed on injured reserve in October with a torn labrum in his right shoulder. He is expected to be fully healed by mid-March, but his long injury history and below-average play make him a strong candidate to be cut. Saffold is set to count $5.65 million against the cap next season.

Broncos CB Aqib Talib was fined $26,044 for his conduct in the Super Bowl.

Talib racked up two personal fouls in the win including a dangerous play in which he grabbed and twisted Corey Brown down by his facemask. Talib admitted after he grabbed the facemask on purpose. The NFL was reportedly considering a suspension for the infraction, but this fine likely puts that possibility to bed. A repeat offender who was suspended for Week 10 after poking Colts TE Dwayne Allen in the eye, Talib is lucky to escape without a ban.

ESPN 710 Seattle's Jessamyn McIntyre reports impending free agent QB Tarvaris Jackson will test the open market.

McIntyre reports there was a "strong market" last season for Jackson, who took less money to come back to the Seahawks. Jackson has had several stints as a starter throughout his career, but he has proven to be a backup-level player. He has not started a game since 2011. Going on 33, continuing to hold the clipboard for Russell Wilson will likely be his best available option.

Browns LT Joe Thomas said he is "super excited" about new coach Hue Jackson.

"When we were going through the coaching search, he was the No. 1 guy that I was hoping we'd hire," Thomas said. "For Jimmy (Haslam) to be able to land Hue I think is a huge coup." The specter of another coaching change forced Thomas to openly wonder about his future with the organization in January, but he appears completely on board now. Thomas took home his sixth First-Team All-Pro honor last season and has not missed a snap in his nine-year career.

The Dallas Morning News' Jon Machota reports the Cowboys believe Byron Jones is best suited to play safety.

Jones was forced to play corner as a rookie because of injuries, but he was arguably the best cover guy on the team. Orlando Scandrick's return along with some reinforcements should allow Jones to primarily play safety, but Dallas should not let his coverage skills go to waste. Jones will likely continue to cover tight ends and slot receivers in sub packages.

The Dallas Morning News' Jon Machota said he "would be very surprised" if the Cowboys did not use one of their first three picks on a running back.

The No. 4 overall pick is too early to reach for a running back, but a runner could be in the Cowboys' plans in the second round. Ohio State RB Ezekiel Elliott has expressed his desire to play for Dallas, but he is unlikely to last that long. Alabama RB Derrick Henry could be an option in the second, and Arkansas RB Alex Collins could be available when the Cowboys pick in the third. Regardless of who the they go with, Darren McFadden should expect rookie company in the backfield next season.

ESPN's Field Yates reports S Nate Allen's one-year deal with the Raiders is worth $3 million.

$1.85 million of that is guaranteed, and Allen can earn $2 million more through incentives. He was originally scheduled to earn $4.9 million guaranteed before being released this week. Knee issues limited Allen to five games last season, but he should be 100 percent for the offseason program.
