WR/KR Marcus Easley left the Bills' Week 3 game against the Chargers with a lower-leg injury.
Easley's lower leg was caught underneath a tackler on a kick return in the third quarter. He needed help getting off the field. His status has not been updated, but he is likely out for the game.
Jamaal Charles is inactive for Week 3 against the Dolphins.
Lions S Don Carey was forced from Sunday's game against the Packers with a hamstring injury, and will not return.
Carey was playing nickel back against the Packers. He took an Eddie Lacy fumble 40 yards to the house before going down. Danny Gorrer is now in the slot.
Eagles C Jason Kelce left Sunday's Week 3 game against the Redskins in the third quarter with an abdominal injury and is done for the day.
Kelce appeared to pull his abdominal, and walked gingerly to the locker room. It's another huge concern for a battered Eagles offensive line that has already lost Evan Mathis and Allen Barbre to injury. They're not playing ay anywhere near the dominant level they were at in 2013.
T.Y. Hilton exited Sunday's Week 3 game with an ankle injury.
The injury happened late in the second quarter. Hilton had five catches for 50 yards on six targets before departing. His return is questionable.
Chad Henne was benched at halftime of Sunday's game versus Indianapolis.
The Jaguars managed two first downs in the first half of Sunday's game, as Henne went 4-of-7 passing for 33 yards with three sacks absorbed. This move will not be temporary. Bortles will be the Jags' starter for the rest of the season.
49ers declared TEs Vernon Davis (ankle, knee) and Vance McDonald (knee) inactive for Week 3 against the Cardinals.
With the 49ers' top two tight ends out, third-year UDFA Derek Carrier can be fired up as a cheap daily option against a Cardinals defense that simply can't cover tight ends. Also inactive for the 49ers are WR Quinton Patton, CB Tramaine Brock, C Marcus Martin, RT Anthony Davis and DT Tank Carradine.
Andre Ellington (foot) is active for Week 3 against the 49ers.
Even at less than 100 percent, Ellington has been racking up touches and yards from scrimmage. He's good to go as an RB2. Inactive for the Cardinals are QB Carson Palmer, P Dave Zastudil, LB Victor Butler, LB Glenn Carson, LB Alex Okafor, DT Alameda Ta'amu and TE Rob Housler.
