Carl Crawford delivered an RBI triple and scored a run as the Dodgers topped the Giants 4-3 on Sunday night.

Kenley Jansen racked up his 30th save of the season in style on Sunday, fanning all three Dodgers hitters that he faced.

The flame-throwing right-hander has made good on 30 of his 33 save chances on the season while compiling a 3.24 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 66/12 K/BB ratio over 41 2/3 innings. He hasn't allowed a run in his last 12 outings and remains one of the finest stoppers in the game today.

Hyun-Jin Ryu picked up his 12th victory of the season on Sunday, allowing three runs on six hits over his six innings of work.

Ryu racked up seven strikeouts on the night while walking just one. The Giants got to him for single runs in the third, fourth and fifth inning, the last one on a solo blast off the bat of Buster Posey. The supersized southpaw will carry a 3.44 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 105/23 K/BB ratio into next weekend’s start against the Cubs.

Brandon Crawford went 2-for-4 with an RBI in Sunday's loss to the Dodgers.

The Giants shortstop plated Michael Morse with an RBI single in the fourth inning that put the Giants ahead 2-1 at the time. With the two-hit effort, he now sports a .238/.323/.404 slash line on the season to go along with eight homers and 45 RBI.

Dan Uggla had a rough night in Sunday's loss to the Dodgers going 0-for-3 with a pair of strikeouts, and also making a critical error that led to an unearned run.

Uggla also drew a walk in the ballgame. He's now hitting an unfathomable .152/.234/.217 on the season and is closer to being released than he is to being fantasy relevant once again.

Jake Peavy turned in a quality start in his Giants debut on Sunday but wound up as the losing pitcher after allowing four runs (three earned) on six hits over his six innings of work.

Peavy punched out five on the evening while walking two. His defense, specifically Dan Uggla and Michael Morse, didn’t do him any favors in this one. The Dodgers broke things open with a three-run fifth inning, highlighted by an RBI triple by Carl Crawford. Peavy will look to get in the win column when he takes on the Mets in New York on Saturday.

He has been one of the better offensive catchers in the American League this season, slashing .286/.361/.471 with eight homers and 38 RBI.
