Isaiah Taylor (ankle) is available on Friday vs. the Pacers.

Malcolm Delaney (knee) is going to sit this one out, so Taylor should get the bulk of the backup PG minutes behind Dennis Schroder. Taylor is coming off a strong game before the break, posting 13 points with seven assists, one rebound and one steal.

Ersan Ilyasova will not play on Friday night against the Pacers.

He is expected to be bought out in the near future, which means the Hawks should focus even more on their youth. This should pave the way for John Collins to see minutes around 30 per game while the other forwards should see a slight bump in minutes. Ilyasova is a drop candidate in most leagues.

Marcus Smart (hand) is available to play on Friday against the Pistons.

The Celtics will go with their usual lineup of Kyrie Irving, Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Al Horford and Aron Baynes. As for Smart, it'll be interesting to see how he fits with Terry Rozier playing well. It's also possible guys like Marcus Morris could lose run with more three-guard lineups being used.

The Hawks are nearing a buyout with Ersan Ilyasova, according to Sam Amick of USA Today.

This comes as a big surprise after Ilyasova said he didn't want to have to relocate. It's unclear what Ilyasova's next move is, but he would still have time to join a contender to be on a playoff roster. This move is big news for John Collins, and it should get more minutes to DeAndre Bembry, Mike Muscala and maybe even Andrew White III.

Jordan Bell (ankle) is doubtful for Saturday against the Thunder.

He did say he'll "probably" be ready for the road tip that starts on Monday at Madison Square Garden. The Warriors moving Zaza Pachulia out of the starting lineup is good news for Bell, and coach Steve Kerr said that Bell should be in the rotation upon his return. Considering his upside, it's not a bad idea to stash him in deeper leagues, assuming you can wait about a week before he's close to 100 percent.
Feb 23 - 3:52 PM

Jonathon Simmons (left ankle) is not on the injury report for Saturday against the 76ers.

That should mean he's good to go after an ankle roll on Thursday. Simmons was able to return to the game, and it's worth a mention this not the same ankle that he hurt last month. Fire him up in standard leagues.

The Mavs plan to sign Scotty Hopson to a 10-day contract in the coming days.

He's a 28-year-old wing that has been playing in Europe. Hopson is likely just going to be depth on the Mavs and may not be signed for the game action this weekend.

Danilo Gallinari (hand) is questionable to face the Suns on Friday.

He suffered a hand injury last night and the training staff got a look at him, but X-rays were negative. It's being called a right hand contusion, so there's a chance this injury could interfere with the right-handed forward's shot. If he's out, that means we'll see a lot of small-ball lineups with more Austin Rivers, Tyrone Wallace and Wes Johnson.
