Thaddeus Young (left wrist) and Lavoy Allen (right knee) are probable to play against the Grizzlies on Friday.

The Pacers should get their starting power forward back to fill around 31 minutes per game. In January, Young racked up 2.8 steals per game, adding averages of 10.3 points, 5.3 boards, 2.0 assists and 0.7 treys. If he's sitting on your wire, go pick him up. Kevin Seraphin is going to lose most of his minutes.

Diamond Stone (left knee bone bruise) will not play against the Spurs on Friday.

It's a new injury for the rookie. Before the deadline, there were some reports of the Clippers not really wanting to give up Stone to get a short-term role player. He does have some shooting touch for his size, but Stone won't be in the rotation while the Clippers are healthy up front.

Chris Paul (thumb) is listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Spurs.

For what it's worth, Chris Paul tweeted "back at it" this afternoon, which suggests he'll be back out there. Paul is still about a full week ahead of his timetable, but he is medically cleared to play. This game won't tip until 10:30 EST, so we likely won't be getting anything concrete on his status until 9:00. If CP3 is back, Austin Rivers and Raymond Felton figure to lose minutes.

Patrick Beverley said he enjoys playing for coach Mike D'Antoni.

"Super, super, super, super, super cool, super dope coaching staff," Beverley said. Cool. Even with Lou Williams in the mix, Thursday was an encouraging game for Beverley with 30 minutes and he also didn't play the final three minutes due to garbage time. Fantasy owners weren't counting on Pat-Bev for scoring anyway, so he should still be viewed as a hold as a mid-round guy in standard leagues.

The Pelicans announced Omri Casspi was diagnosed with a fractured right thumb and will miss the next 4-6 weeks.

This confirms the reports from Thursday night after Casspi made his Pelicans debut. He was playing very well in this 24 minutes with 12 points, but now the team will have to turn more to Solomon Hill and Dante Cunningham.

Coach Mike Budenholzer said Kent Bazemore, Tim Hardaway Jr. and Thabo Sefolosha could get some backup hall-handling duties behind Malcolm Delaney on Friday.

With Dennis Schroder suspended, Delaney is the only point guard available for tonight. We've see Bazemore play point guard earlier this season and he was a point guard back when he was in the Warriors system. Additionally, Hardaway Jr. has handled the ball at the point, and he also gets a 6.1 usage rate bump when Schroder is not on the floor -- Bazemore gets a 5.5 bump. THJ should be an attractive DFS play today.

Tyson Chandler said it's important for young players to get "good quality minutes" in the second half of the season.

"Fourth quarter. Decision making. All of that," Chandler said about young guys playing more. "This is a big time for a lot of these young players to grow." Reading between the lines, it sounds like Chandler's playing time is going to start dropping while guys like Alex Len, Marquese Chriss and maybe even Alan Williams get more run up front. Chandler's fantasy owners should expect his output to start dropping.

Dragan Bender (ankle) is out of a walking boot.

The Suns are hopeful the No. 4 pick could return at some point this season. Some reports had him as out for the season, but the official report from the team has him with a target date in the middle of March. He wasn't playing well before his injury, so there's little reason to stash in fantasy. Marquese Chriss should see solid minutes, especially with how often P.J. Tucker played the four.
