Bears coach John Fox believes Leonard Floyd has avoided a torn ACL, but acknowledged he is "going to miss some time."

Bucs coach Dirk Koetter confirmed Monday that Jameis Winston (shoulder) is out for Week 12.

Raiders CB Gareon Conley (shin splints, injured reserve) is undergoing surgery on Monday.

Conley's shin issue had been lingering since June until the Raiders shut him down a week ago. It's unclear what the exact nature of his operation is. He should be considered questionable for the start of the Raiders' offseason program.

Cardinals DE Josh Mauro is week to week with a high-ankle sprain.

Playing roughly 50 percent of the snaps, Mauro has been a liability this season. He's made seven starts but tallied only one sack.

Blaine Gabbert will remain the Cardinals' starting quarterback for Week 12.

Coach Bruce Arians said the team would stick with Gabbert until Drew Stanton (knee) is "totally healthy." Stanton was "totally healthy" enough to back up Gabbert on Sunday, so expect the Cardinals to stretch out the meaning of "totally healthy" for however long Gabbert pleases them under center. Gabbert was a mild upgrade on Stanton, but it will be impossible for him to look good against the Jaguars in Week 12.

John Brown has been diagnosed with turf toe, and coach Bruce Arians believes he could "miss time."

Arians spoke about Brown missing time as mostly a formality, saying Chad Williams would get a look in Week 12. Brown has been banged up for most of 2017 but missed "just" two games so far. Turf toe can linger for weeks. With only two weeks left in the fantasy regular season, Brown is safely droppable in re-draft leagues.

Packers NT Kenny Clark has been diagnosed with a high-ankle sprain.

Clark will miss multiple games, though NFL.com's Ian Rapoport claims Clark is expected to return this season. Clark himself posted on social media that he had received positive news. It's positive in the long run, but still bad for the short, as Clark has been gobbling up the run as a bright spot for Green Bay's defense. His absence will be acutely felt against Le'Veon Bell and the Steelers this week.

Terrelle Pryor is undergoing ankle surgery on Monday.

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport terms the operation a "scope," and reports a timeline will be established once Pryor is out of surgery. With only six games remaining, it's possible Pryor misses the rest of the season, though scopes can come with surprisingly short timetables. It's just the latest disappointment in Pryor's woeful first year in a Redskins uniform. His absence locks Jamison Crowder, Josh Doctson and Ryan Grant in as Washington's top three receivers.
