Larry Fitzgerald (knee) is listed as probable for Week 17.
Fitzgerald is averaging just 32 yards with zero touchdowns in three games since returning from his MCL sprain. He isn't a Week 17 fantasy option.
Bruce Ellington (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Week 17.
Ellington will be a game-time decision against the Cardinals. With Stevie Johnson sidelined, Ellington should remain the No. 3 receiver if active.
Michael Crabtree (knee) is listed as probable for Week 17.
Crabtree was limited to 15 snaps last week due to his knee issue. He's played through multiple injuries this season, leading to a disappointing 64/657/4 line. An impending free agent, Crabtree faces an uncertain future with the 49ers.
Stevie Johnson (knee) has been ruled out for Week 17.
Michael Crabtree (knee) and Brandon Lloyd (groin) are listed as probable. Due a 250,000 roster bonus in 2015, Johnson could be a candidate for offseason release.
Carlos Hyde (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 17.
Hyde's ankle injury will cost him the final two games of the season. His rookie year ends with 83 carries, 333 yards (4.0 YPC) and four touchdowns. Alfonso Smith will back up Frank Gore in the season finale.
Brandon LaFell (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Week 17.
LaFell has started the last three games despite his shoulder issue. He's Rotoworld's No. 31 receiver play for Week 17.
Julian Edelman (concussion) is listed as questionable for Week 17.
Edelman was limited in practice throughout the week. He needs just 28 yards to post consecutive 1,000-yard seasons, but is still in the final stage of the concussion protocol. Edelman would be a risky DFS play with the Patriots having already clinched the AFC's No. 1 seed.
Shane Vereen (ankle) is listed as questionable for Week 17.
Vereen's status isn't in doubt, but his workload is up in the air in a game where the Patriots may rest their starters. LeGarrette Blount is questionable and Jonas Gray has been ruled out, so Vereen could see the majority of carries this week.
