Keenan Allen (groin) is active for the Chargers' Week 3 matchup with the Bills.

Allen was questionable after being limited on Thursday and Friday. Now active, Allen is a borderline WR1 against the Bills' shaky secondary.
Sep 21 - 11:42 AM

Chargers declared RB Ryan Mathews, WR Dontrelle Inman, CB Steve Williams, CB Chris Davis, NT Ricardo Mathews and NT Ryan Carrethers inactive for Week 3 against the Bills.

Mathews is dealing with a sprained MCL that should keep him out for at least a month. Davis is dealing with an ankle injury. The rest are healthy scratches.
Sep 21 - 11:40 AM

Saints declared WR Nick Toon, RB Mark Ingram, LB David Hawthorne, S Marcus Ball, FB Erik Lorig, DB Stanley Jean-Baptiste and DL John Jenkins inactive for Week 3 against the Vikings.

A 2012 fourth-rounder, Toon has yet to suit up this season. He's worth keeping around in Dynasty leagues, but only as an end-of-roster type. Khiry Robinson will carry the "big back" mail in Ingram's absence, and should get at least 1-2 goal-line chances.
Sep 21 - 11:40 AM

Giants declared MLB Jon Beason, WR Odell Beckham, OL James Brewer, OT Charles Brown, DT Jay Bromley, DE Kerry Wynn, and LB Devon Kennard inactive for Week 3 against the Texans.

Beason is out indefinitely with his foot injury. Jameel McClain will start at the MIKE spot. Beckham will look to make his NFL debut in Week 4 against Washington.
Sep 21 - 11:39 AM

Vikings declared QB Christian Ponder, WR Charles Johnson, CB Shaun Prater, LB Brandon Watts, OG David Yankey, WR Rodney Smith and DE Scott Crichton inactive for Week 3 against the Saints.

The most notable inactive, Adrian Peterson, is officially suspended, so he's not on this list. Matt Asiata will get the start, but rookie backup Jerick McKinnon is expected to have an increased role.
Sep 21 - 11:38 AM

A.J. Green (toe) is active and will start against the Titans.

As expected. Green was bothered by his toe last week, but got in a good week of practice and experienced no setbacks into the weekend. We conservatively have Green as a mid-range WR1. Inactive for the Bengals are WLB Vontaze Burfict (concussion), RB Rex Burkhead, CB Chris Lewis-Harris, LB Sean Porter, OG Kevin Zeitler, WR Marvin Jones, and DT Brandon Thompson.
Sep 21 - 11:37 AM

Packers RT Bryan Bulaga (knee) is active for Week 3 against the Lions.

It's a nice boost for the Pack, who were getting league worst right-tackle play in Bulaga's absence. Inactive for the Packers are QB Scott Tolzien, CB Demetri Goodson, LB Carl Bradford, LB Brad Jones, DT Mike Pennel and WR Jeff Janis.
Sep 21 - 11:36 AM

Bernard Pierce (thigh) is inactive for Sunday's Week 3 game at Cleveland.

Already a shaky bet due to ineffectiveness, Pierce now add durability questions to his resume. Scatback Justin Forsett will start, but we'd expect Lorenzo Taliaferro to mix in for 7-12 touches as a change-of-pace back. Both of them need to be owned. In good news for the Ravens, CB Ladarius Webb (back) will make his season debut. The rest of their inactives: WR Michael Campanaro, OLs Jah Reid and John Urschel, DT Timmy Jernigan, LB Arthur Brown and S Terrence Brooks.
