Rick Wagner is the Ravens' starting right tackle.
Packers TE Brandon Bostick (leg) has been diagnosed with "slight fibula fracture," and could return as early as Week 2.
However, Bostick could "be out even longer." He suffered the injury in last Saturday's preseason game. Rookie Richard Rodgers will begin the season as the Packers' "move" tight end, but Bostick could supplant him upon his return.
Mark Sanchez completed 7-of-9 passes for 85 yards in Thursday's preseason game against the Steelers.
Sanchez continued to shine with the Eagles' second-team offense, getting rid of the ball quickly and fitting it into tight windows. The Jets' former Sanchize is now 25-of-31 for 281 yards (9.06 YPA), two touchdowns and an interception this preseason. He's looking like he could guide Chip Kelly's offense were Nick Foles to go down with injury.
Matt Barkley completed 4-of-4 passes for 37 yards in Thursday night's preseason game versus Pittsburgh.
He played behind Nick Foles and Mark Sanchez, and ahead of only G.J. Kinne. Barkley is 20-of-32 passing for 242 yards this preseason, tossing two touchdowns and two interceptions. The Eagles are likely to keep him as their third-stringer this year, but Barkley has put zero heat on Sanchez's backup job.
Steelers ILB Sean Spence was forced from Thursday's preseason game with a right knee injury.
It's foreboding for a 2012 third-rounder who has yet to appear in a regular-season game because of knee issues, but Bleacher Report's Jason Cole reports the injury isn't considered serious. It's not the same knee that ruined Spence's 2012-13.
Steelers OLB Jason Worilds "looked fine" after leaving Thursday's preseason game with a knee injury.
Worilds was spotted jogging "without anything visible" on his knee after departing in the third quarter. It appears his removal was purely precautionary. It's a major bullet dodged for a Steelers team counting on Worilds as one of its defensive anchors.
Steelers WR Justin Brown failed to secure either of his targets in Thursday night's preseason game against Philly.
Practice reports on Brown have been exceedingly upbeat since the spring, but he hasn't done much in game action. He has three catches for 15 yards on seven targets this preseason. Brown did open Thursday's game as the Steelers' No. 3 receiver, with Lance Moore inactive. So Brown would appear to be the No. 4.
Darrius Heyward-Bey caught 3-of-3 targets for 54 yards and a touchdown in Thursday's preseason game.
The grabs were DHB's first of the preseason. He ran right by undrafted rookie S Daytawion Lowe for his 33-yard score in the fourth quarter, at least for one brief moment looking like a former first-rounder. It couldn't have hurt his roster odds.
