Colts signed CB Jalil Brown and waived CB Loucheiz Purifoy.

Bears RCB Kyle Fuller (knee) remains on track to play in Thursday's game against the Lions.

Fuller sustained a minor knee sprain on Sunday. It's unclear if he's 100 percent, upgrading Calvin Johnson's already tasty matchup even further.

CBS' Jason La Canfora reports Reggie Bush (ankle) will not play in Thursday's Week 13 game against the Bears.

The ankle that's bothered Bush since Week 5 is still not right. The Lions are hopeful he can play in Week 14, but it's far from a certainty. As for Thursday, Joique Bell gets a tick up as he projects for roughly 20 touches against a middling Bears run defense. Theo Riddick, averaging 7.2 touches per game in the four Bush has missed this year, is also on the radar as a PPR flier. He's been quiet the last two weeks, but it's notable that those came in two very difficult spots (at ARZ, at NE).

Raiders S Charles Woodson expects to keep playing in 2015.

At age 38, Woodson is the oldest active safety in the NFL this year. He hasn't missed a game and is tied for the team-lead in tackles with 82 to go with two interceptions. The future Hall of Famer has graded out 51st among 85 qualifiers in PFF's safety grades.

Sources tell the Washington Post it's "highly unlikely" Robert Griffin III will return to the Redskins next season.

On draft day in 2012, the Redskins gave the Rams their first-round picks in 2012, 2013 and 2014 in addition to a 2012 second-rounder for the right to take Griffin No. 2 overall. He was spectacular while leading the Redskins to the playoffs as a rookie, but suffered a career-altering ACL tear in the Wild Card game against the Seahawks. Since then, RG3 has tanked in terms of on-field performance, getting benched by Mike Shanahan late last year and again by Jay Gruden this year. Gruden appears to have convinced meddling owner Dan Snyder that the Redskins need to find a quarterback that fits his pocket-passer scheme, meaning Griffin can likely be had for pennies on the dollar this offseason.

Jaguars WR Cecil Shorts has the flu.

On the heels of a wildly disappointing 1-6-0 Week 12 outing against the Colts, Shorts did not practice Wednesday. We'd expect him to be fine for Week 13, but he's a tough sell as a fantasy start against the Giants. Blake Bortles is regressing and Shorts could see plenty of Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie.

According to the New York Daily News, both Rex Ryan and OC Marty Mornhinweg were among those that wanted Michael Vick to keep starting over Geno Smith.

It speaks volumes about the coaching staff's lack of faith in Geno. Although Vick looked completely lost on the field in Detroit Monday night, the last thing they want to do is turn back to their 2013 second-round pick. "Does he give you a good chance to win? Or a chance to win? I believe he does give us a chance to win," said Ryan, who doesn't want a public battle with the front office as he prepares to start looking for another job this offseason. The Dolphins D/ST is a preferred play in Week 13.

Former Colts GM Bill Polian compares 49ers ILB Chris Borland to All-Pro Luke Kuechly.

Borland, a third-round pick out of Wisconsin, got a big chance when Patrick Willis (toe) went down in Week 7. He's taken the league by storm and was referred to as "Baby Zach Thomas" by one 49ers official. Over the last five games, Borland has 64 tackles, one sack, nine tackles for a loss, two interceptions, one fumble recovery and three pass breakups. It's impossible to not notice him jumping off the screen when watching 49ers games.
