Redskins RCB David Amerson was a healthy scratch for Week 12 after he violated a team rule.

The Skins were forced to start Tracy Porter, one of the worst cornerbacks in the league. Per NBC Washington's Dianna Marie Russini, Amerson "stayed out late Thursday" and overslept before missing Friday's practice. The 51st overall pick in last year's draft, Amerson has also been regularly fried in coverage this season. The onetime NCAA interceptions leader is looking like a bust.

Texans QB Ryan Mallett played through an injured right pectoral muscle during Sunday's Week 12 loss to the Bengals.

Mallett suffered the potentially season-ending injury in warmups, perhaps explaining his erratic play against the Browns. He's headed for an MRI and if it shows a tear, the chance he's been awaiting for so long is over. The Houston Chronicle is already suggesting that Ryan Fitzpatrick is "likely back" for the foreseeable future, although we wouldn't be shocked if the Texans turned to fourth-round rookie Tom Savage. Bill O'Brien has seen Fitzpatrick's ceiling and hit his head on it.

Brian Hartline caught 2-of-2 targets for 39 yards in Miami's Week 12 loss to the Broncos.

The wildly overpaid No. 2 receiver now has 31 catches on the season.
Nov 23 - 8:30 PM

Damien Williams touched the ball once in Miami's Week 12 loss to the Broncos, losing a yard on a reception.

Williams was a distant third on the depth chart behind Lamar Miller and Daniel Thomas. He has just three touchdowns over his past two games.

Daniel Thomas rushed three times for 19 yards and a touchdown in Miami's Week 12 loss to the Broncos.

Thomas vultured Lamar Miller for a three-yard score on Miami's opening possession, but got the rock just one time thereafter. Despite today's score, there's zero reason for Thomas to be owned in 12-14 team leagues.
Nov 23 - 8:27 PM

Juwan Thompson rushed five times for 33 yards in Denver's Week 12 win over the Dolphins.

Operating as C.J. Anderson's clear backup, Thompson was out-touched 31-5 by Denver's latest starter. The closest Thompson got to the goal line was a second-quarter carry from the Dolphins' seven. He gained two yards. Thompson will be a touchdown-dependent RB4 for next week's game against the Chiefs.
Nov 23 - 8:25 PM

Jacob Tamme lost a yard on his lone reception in Denver's Week 12 win over the Dolphins.

With Julius Thomas (ankle) sidelined, Virgil Green got the start at tight end as a blocker, limiting Tamme to all of one target. Tamme actually turned a second look into a five-yard touchdown, but it was nullified by a holding penalty. Tamme will be a low-end TE2 if Thomas isn't back for Week 13.
Nov 23 - 8:22 PM

Wes Welker caught 4-of-4 targets for 18 yards and a touchdown in the Broncos' Week 12 win over the Dolphins.

Welker's second score of the year was his first since Week 7. Even with Julius Thomas sidelined, Welker remained a small part of the Broncos' passing attack, and now has just 34 catches through nine games. He's barely on the WR4 radar in standard leagues.
