Matt Schaub has been ruled out for Week 3.

Schaub's absence is "not injury related." Matt McGloin will back up Derek Carr against New England.
Sep 20 - 3:46 PM

Jets CB Dee Milliner (quad, ankle) is listed as doubtful for Monday night's game against the Bears.

Milliner missed practice again on Saturday, and could be looking at a multi-week setback. He's not going to play against the Bears. With the Jets playing on Monday night, Milliner isn't a lock to return in Week 4.
Sep 20 - 3:39 PM

Ravens signed RB Fitzgerald Toussaint from their practice squad.

It's a sign that Bernard Pierce (questionable, thigh) could be held out this week. If active, Toussaint will provide depth behind Justin Forsett and Lorenzo Taliaferro.
Sep 20 - 3:29 PM

Ravens waived WR Deonte Thompson.

Thompson didn't play in the first two games, and wasn't used on punt returns over Jacoby Jones. The Ravens promoted RB Fitzgerald Toussaint from the practice squad in a corresponding move.
Sep 20 - 3:26 PM

Bengals WLB Vontaze Burfict (concussion) is listed as doubtful for Week 3.

Burfict is still in the concussion protocol and isn't going to play this week. Vincent Rey will replace him in the lineup against Tennessee.
Sep 20 - 3:17 PM

Darren McFadden is expected to receive a heavy workload even if Maurice Jones-Drew (hand surgery) is active for Week 3.

McFadden was an every-down back last week, and will remain Oakland's starter. He's going to get the majority of carries over Jones-Drew and Latavius Murray, but isn't more than a low-end RB3/FLEX against the Jets' run defense. McFadden had just 37 yards on 12 carries in Week 2.
Sep 20 - 3:07 PM

Eric Decker (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Monday night's Week 3 game against the Bears.

Decker was able to get in a limited practice on Saturday, and coach Rex Ryan is confident he'll be available this week. His status is shaping up as a game-time decision, and may not be known until Monday night. Decker should be considered a high-risk WR3. Jeremy Kerley would likely lead the Jets in targets if Decker is held out.
Sep 20 - 2:48 PM

ESPN New York's Rich Cimini believes its "time to unleash" TE Jace Amaro.

With Eric Decker's (questionable, hamstring) status up in the air, Amaro could be forced into an expanded role this week. He's played on just 30 percent of offensive snaps to this point, but would be the best candidate for red-zone looks if Decker sits out. Amaro has two catches on five targets through two games.
