Steelers signed OLB James Harrison.

Sep 23 - 10:06 AM

Eric Decker (hamstring) said he pulled himself out of Monday night's loss to the Bears because of a "tight feeling that wouldn't loosen up."

Decker says he did not suffer a setback on Monday night. "It was to the point where it wasn't loosening up, and instead of doing something stupid and really hurting something down the road I decided to pull myself and give myself a chance," he said. In other words, Decker's hamstring did not get worse by playing 14 snaps Monday. He'll likely be a game-time decision again for Week 4 against the Lions.

Odell Beckham (hamstring) will not practice this week.

In a best-case scenario, Beckham will get back in practice next week and have a limited role in Week 5. He'll eventually get on the deep-league radar thanks to all the three-wide sets the Giants run.
Sep 23 - 9:34 AM

Giants FS Stevie Brown was benched in the fourth quarter of Sunday's Week 3 win over the Texans.

Brown allowed Damaris Johnson to get behind him for a 44-yard touchdown and then took a seat on the pine as fifth-round rookie Nat Berhe came on. Brown hasn't been the same since tearing his left ACL in the 2013 preseason.

The Panthers did not call a single zone-read run in Sunday night's loss to the Steelers.

The Panthers are still coddling Cam Newton's ribs and it's killing his fantasy upside. He had a career-low two carries Sunday night one week after running just four times against the Lions. OC Mike Shula says he's going to gradually ease Newton back into the run game, but we'll believe it when we see it.
Sep 23 - 9:24 AM

WR Josh Gordon is allowed to train at the Browns facility and attend meetings during his suspension.

This gives Gordon a chance to hit the ground running when he's eligible to return Week 12. It will also (hopefully) help him keep his nose clean. Gordon is going to be tough for owners to stash through the bye weeks and injuries, but the payoff at the end of the rainbow figures to be big.
Sep 23 - 9:18 AM

Coach Mike Pettine called out CB Joe Haden Monday.

Haden gave up a critical 32-yard gain to Steve Smith late in Sunday's loss to the Ravens. "The great ones are going to make big plays when it's needed, and I think that's one area where Joe will look to improve," said Pettine. Haden is PFF's No. 94 corner among 96 qualifiers through three weeks. Despite a big name and big contract, he's not a corner fantasy owners should be shying away from.
Sep 23 - 9:13 AM

Jaguars signed S Sherrod Martin.

Martin is finally back in the league after tearing his ACL and MCL in December of 2012. He started 31-of-32 games for the Panthers between 2010-11.
