NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports Bucs OC Jeff Tedford is taking a medical leave from the team.

Tedford's medical condition hasn't improved after returning in Week 2 and he'll be away from the team until he gets fully healthy. It's a downgrade to the Bucs' offense, though Mike Glennon should be an improvement over Josh McCown if he starts. QB coach Marcus Arroyo will handle playcalling in Tedford's absence.

The Panthers expect DeAngelo Williams (thigh) to practice on Wednesday.

Williams was able to practice last week and ended up being held out, but this puts him on track to return against Baltimore. The Panthers are down to Darrin Reaves as their only healthy running back after losing Jonathan Stewart and Mike Tolbert to injuries. Coach Ron Rivera is confident that Williams will be back for Week 4.

Cowboys DE Anthony Spencer (knee) could make his debut in Week 4 against the Saints.

Spencer resumed practicing last week, but wasn't cleared to return. He's coming off microfracture surgery and hasn't appeared in a game since last September. Spencer will likely be available for a limited role if active.

Coach Jason Garrett declined to rule out benching CB Morris Claiborne.

Claiborne turned in another stinker against the Rams, getting beat for a 51-yard touchdown by Brian Quick and a 38-yard gain by Kenny Britt. Through three weeks, the former No. 6 overall pick is PFF's No. 95 corner among 96 qualifiers. The Cowboys could turn to Orlando Scandrick or Sterling Moore opposite Brandon Carr.

The Green Bay Press-Gazette calls TE Richard Rodgers a "disaster" in the run game.

Perhaps the Packers could live with Rodgers' run-blocking woes if he was contributing in the pass game. But he has zero catches on one target through three games, losing snaps to Andrew Quarless in the process. Jermichael Finley's old spot has turned into a fantasy black hole.

Steelers signed OLB James Harrison.

Harrison, 36, is just a couple months removed from a retirement ceremony held at the Steelers facility. Now he's back there as a player due to desperation. The Steelers lost both OLB Jarvis Jones (wrist) and ILB Ryan Shazier (knee) on Sunday night, thinning out an already weak defense. Harrison, however, won't be able to help much as the former All-Pro has nothing left in the tank.

Eric Decker (hamstring) said he pulled himself out of Monday night's loss to the Bears because of a "tight feeling that wouldn't loosen up."

Decker says he did not suffer a setback on Monday night. "It was to the point where it wasn't loosening up, and instead of doing something stupid and really hurting something down the road I decided to pull myself and give myself a chance," he said. In other words, Decker's hamstring did not get worse by playing 14 snaps Monday. He'll likely be a game-time decision again for Week 4 against the Lions.

Odell Beckham (hamstring) will not practice this week.

In a best-case scenario, Beckham will get back in practice next week and have a limited role in Week 5. He'll eventually get on the deep-league radar thanks to all the three-wide sets the Giants run.
