Tyler Kroft is starting ahead of C.J. Uzomah in Week 3 against the Broncos.
Neither is a strong TE1 streamer, but it's a noteworthy development for fantasy owners truly desperate at tight end. Kroft out-snapped Uzomah narrowly last week, and he should do so to a greater extent against Denver.
Raiders CB David Amerson (concussion) is active for Week 3 against the Titans.
Vikings RCB Xavier Rhodes (knee) is active for Week 3 vs. the Panthers.
Ravens declared RB Buck Allen, CB Will Davis, RB Kenneth Dixon, OLB Elvis Dumervil, DT Willie Henry, CB Jerraud Powers and G/C John Urschel inactive for Week 3 against the Jaguars.
Allen has been a healthy scratch for all three games this season. Justin Forsett and Terrance West will continue to share rushing work. Neither are appealing fantasy options. Ronnie Stanley (foot) is active for Week 3.
Kendall Wright (hamstring) is inactive for Week 3 against the Raiders.
Rishard Matthews, Andre Johnson, and Harry Douglas will continue to rotate behind Tajae Sharpe. Wright hasn't been on the field much since August.
Bengals declared TE Tyler Eifert, DT DaShawn Williams, OL Christian Westerman, CB KeiVarae Russell, WR Cody Core, and QB Jeff Driskel inactive for Week 3 against the Broncos.
The Bengals seem to be hoping Eifert (ankle) returns in Week 4 or 5.
Vikings WR Stefon Diggs (groin) is active for Week 3 vs. the Panthers.
Diggs was just getting a maintenance day on Friday. The new focal point of the Vikings' offense, Diggs is leading the league in receiving through two weeks, and a high-end WR2 against the Panthers' work-in-progress secondary.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports WR Terrelle Pryor could see limited snaps at quarterback against Miami.
