Josh McCown completed 27-of-36 passes for 348 yards and four touchdowns in Chicago's 45-28, Week 14 demolition of the Cowboys on Monday night.
Tony Romo completed 11-of-20 passes for 104 yards and three touchdowns in Monday night's Week 14 blowout loss to the Bears.
Romo was replaced by Kyle Orton late in the fourth quarter with the Cowboys trailing 45-21 on the scoreboard. Dallas got off to a hot start, scoring a pair of touchdowns early on. We had what appeared to be a potential shootout on our hands. Romo hit Dez Bryant for a two-yard touchdown on the opening possession before finding Jason Witten on a play-action rollout for a ten-yard score midway through the second quarter. The Cowboys quickly faded, while the Bears kept scoring. Romo missed a few throws. He missed Bryant high at least two times. Romo will be back on the QB1 radar next week in a dream matchup at home against the Packers.
Dwayne Harris exited Monday night's game against the Bears after aggravating his hamstring injury and will not return.
Harris hasn't been playing offense but was handling return duties for Dallas.
Cowboys MLB Sean Lee was forced from Monday night's game against the Bears with a neck injury and will not return.
Lee crunched his neck on a third-quarter tackle. He quickly returned but aggravated it shortly thereafter. Lee appears to be dealing with a stinger.
ESPN's Vikings blogger Ben Goessling reports Adrian Peterson (foot) will not need surgery, but he is not expected to play in Week 15 against the Eagles.
Peterson is in a walking boot after suffering what the Vikings are calling a "mid-foot sprain" Sunday against the Ravens. The news that he doesn't need surgery is great for the long term, but we still need to consider Peterson questionable at best for the remainder of the 2013 season. The Vikings are 3-9-1. They'll be in full-blown evaluation mode for the final three weeks. Risking the franchise player's health may not be worth it. For however long Peterson is sidelined, Toby Gerhart will handle lead-back duties. He needs to be owned in all formats.
Vikings CB Xavier Rhodes (ankle) is expected to miss a "few weeks."
Rhodes, the No. 25 overall pick in April's draft, went down in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game against the Ravens. He's likely dealing with a high-ankle sprain and could be sent to injured reserve. Rhodes is the only regular Vikings corner to have a positive grade at Pro Football Focus this season.
Cowboys WR Dwayne Harris (hamstring) is active for Monday night's Week 14 game against the Bears.
Harris was the only Dallas player in question for the game. He'll occasionally work in as the No. 5 receiver and play on special teams. Inactive for the Cowboys are CB Morris Claiborne (hamstring), DB Jakar Hamilton, LB Justin Durant, LB DeVonte Holloman, DE Everette Brown, LB Orie Lemon, and OT Darrion Weems.
Bears declared Jay Cutler (ankle), WLB Lance Briggs (shoulder), DT Christian Toupou, DE Cornelius Washington, S Sean Cattouse, OT Jonathan Scott, and OG James Brown inactive for Monday night's Week 14 game against Dallas.
Cutler returned to practice this past week, but it wasn't enough to get him cleared in time to make tonight's start. He's likely eyeing a Week 15 return. Briggs was injured in the same game as Cutler. The rest are healthy scratches.
