Matt Asiata (concussion) remained sidelined at Friday's practice.

He appears extremely doubtful for Week 12. Jerick McKinnon will be the lead back with newcomer Ben Tate possibly pitching in on short-yardage work.

Jordan Cameron (concussion) returned to Browns practice Friday.

Cameron has missed the past three games with a concussion and hadn't practiced since. It's unclear what this means for his Week 12 availability against the Falcons, so we'll have to wait for an update from coach Mike Pettine after practice.

Jordan Reed (hamstring) remained sidelined at Friday's practice.

He's unlikely to play Week 12 against the 49ers, leaving Niles Paul atop the depth chart at tight end. Paul would make for an interesting dart-throw in daily leagues.

Dwayne Allen (ankle) remained sidelined at Friday's practice.

Allen has missed practice all week and is fully expected to sit out Week 12 against the Jaguars. Coby Fleener is a plug-and-play mid-to-high TE1. Allen is believed to be dealing with a high-ankle sprain. Consider him week-to-week.

Julio Jones (illness) returned to practice Friday.

As expected. There's a bug going around the Falcons' locker room, but Julio is fine for his date with Joe Haden on Sunday. He's our No. 11 receiver for Week 12.

Adrian Peterson admitted "maybe it's best for me to get a fresh start somewhere else" in 2015.

Peterson sat down for an exclusive interview with USA Today's Tom Pelissero, a former Vikings beat writer. You can read it in its entirety at the link below. Peterson has supporters in the Vikings organization, including coach Mike Zimmer, but a change of scenery may be best for all parties. There's no way the Vikings are going to pay Peterson the $15 million-plus he's owed in 2015. They can try and trade him in the spring. Turning 30 in March, A.D. still has gas in the tank.

The Indianapolis Star expects Trent Richardson to handle third-down duties with Ahmad Bradshaw (broken leg) done for the season.

Bradshaw played 84 percent of the third-down snaps the first 11 weeks. That work now falls into Richardson's lap, which means more touches and opportunities for big plays. It's up to Richardson to make the most of it. Expect Richardson to flirt with 20 touches per game the final six weeks, giving him a high floor as an RB2 in one of the most explosive offenses in the league.

The Giants have benched rookie LG Weston Richburg.

Adam Snyder will get the start between LT Will Beatty and C J.D. Walton in Week 12 against the Cowboys. Activated off I.R./recall this week, Geoff Schwartz will make his Giants debut at right tackle, replacing an injured Justin Pugh (quad) next to RG John Jerry. Richburg, the 43rd pick in May, needs to get stronger.
