Jesse James collected two catches for 10 yards on four targets Sunday in the Steelers' Week 3 loss to the Eagles.

Both of his catches came in the first half as James was unable to haul in either of his two second-half targets. With the Steelers way behind, Ben Roethlisberger looked to Antonio Brown to gain huge chunks of yards while ignoring James, who functions as the Steelers’ primary check-down man. James will be little more than a streaming option next week against the Chiefs.

Dexter McCluster caught 2-of-3 targets for nine yards in the Chargers' Week 3 loss to the Colts.

McCluster also handled kickoff returns in his Bolts debut. He said he pretty much has the playbook down after playing for OC Ken Whisenhunt in Tennessee, but Melvin Gordon was still the preferred back on most passing downs. McCluster played in spots, but if Sunday is any indication, Gordon is going to play heavy snaps sans Danny Woodhead (torn ACL). McCluster is worth monitoring in PPR leagues, but he's not a must-add at this point.

Antonio Brown nabbed 12-of-18 targets for 140 yards Sunday in the Steelers' Week 3 loss to the Eagles.

Brown was the only bright spot for Pittsburgh on an otherwise miserable afternoon in Philadelphia. The Steelers were forced to throw in the second half and Antonio took full advantage with seven grabs for 85 yards on 11 targets. His longest catch came early in the second quarter on a 20-yard reception down the left sideline. It was a nice bounce-back game for Antonio after a quiet outing against the Bengals in Week 2. He’ll be a top-three receiving option next week at home against the Chiefs.

49ers WR Quinton Patton caught 1-of-4 targets for eight yards in Sunday's Week 3 loss to Seattle.

He has descending yardage totals of 60, 25, and 8 through three games in a rudderless 49ers "passing game." Patton is entirely without fantasy value.
Sep 25 - 8:10 PM

Markus Wheaton secured one-of-five targets for two yards Sunday in the Steelers' Week 3 loss to the Eagles.

It took him four quarters to gather his first catch. Wheaton dropped a sure touchdown in the first quarter and was benched until Eli Rogers left the game with a toe injury. He proceeded to drop his next two targets. Wheaton missed the first two games of the season with a shoulder injury and it looked like he forgot how to play football during his time off. Perhaps he’ll redeem himself next week against the Chiefs.

Frank Gore rushed 21 times for 81 yards and one touchdown in the Colts' Week 3 win over the Chargers.

He caught 1-of-3 targets for one yard. Gore looked to be well on his way to his first 100-yard rushing game with the Colts after a 70-yard first half, but the Colts went away from his for some reason and went to Josh Ferguson and the passing game with very little success. Gore ran through massive holes in the first quarter, particularly. This matchup was as good as it will get for Gore this season. He'll be back on the back-end RB2 map next week in London versus Jacksonville.
Sep 25 - 8:08 PM

Sammie Coates delivered three catches for 50 yards on four targets Sunday in the Steelers' Week 3 loss to the Eagles.

Coates reeled in a 41-yard catch early in the second quarter but added just nine yards on his other two grabs. He played more than expected after Markus Wheaton was briefly benched for an egregious drop in the first quarter. Coates has mostly been targeted on deep routes this season. That gives him big-play potential, but those passes also have a much lower success rate, which lowers his floor. Fantasy owners can skip him next week against the Chiefs.
Sep 25 - 8:08 PM

Chris Conley caught 3-of-5 targets for 44 yards Week 3 against the Jets.

Conley got open for a chunk gain on a play action pass in the third quarter, but otherwise was quiet. The No. 3 option in a run-first offense, Conley would need an injury ahead of him to come into fantasy value.
