Despite the fact that Gio Bernard is "starting" on Sunday, the Cincinnati Enquirer's Paul Dehner is "still seeing" a 65:35 split in favor of Jeremy Hill against the Texans.

The Bengals know they need both backs fully bought in as they prepare for a playoff push, so they are keeping Gio as the nominal starter, and probably will for the rest of the season. Hill is the better bet for a higher workload after dominating during Bernard's absence. Gio is coming off a hip pointer, the same injury that torpedoed Ray Rice's 2013 season. Hill is an RB2 play with RB1 upside against Houston. Bernard is a dice-roll flex.

Colts declared TE Dwayne Allen, LCB Greg Toler, OG Lance Louis, OL Khaled Holmes, DT Kelcy Quarles, RT Gosder Cherilus, and DL Zach Kerr inactive for Week 12 against the Jaguars.

Allen (ankle) is week-to-week. Toler suffered a concussion last week, forcing Darius Butler and Josh Gordy into heavier snaps against Cecil Shorts and company. Cherilus a shoulder injury. Joe Reitz will start at right tackle.

Bucs LCB Alterraun Verner (hamstring) is active for Week 12 against the Bears.

Verner has not been stellar this year, but he will be a much-needed upgrade for the Bucs' secondary in a matchup against Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery. Even with Verner back, Marshall and Jeffery should dominate Week 12.

Titans CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson (back) is inactive for Sunday's Week 12 game at Philadelphia.

The Titans will also be without CB Marqueston Huff (hamstring). This defense projects to get shredded by Chip Kelly's scheme.
Nov 23 - 11:45 AM

Packers TE Brandon Bostick (hip) is inactive for Week 12.

Bostick will miss his second straight game and remains week to week. The rest of the Packers inactives are QB Scott Tolzien, CB Jarrett Bush, LB Nick Perry, WR Jeff Janis, C Garth Gerhart, and LB Carl Bradford.
Nov 23 - 11:43 AM

Titans declared WR Justin Hunter (knee) active for Sunday's Week 12 game at Philadelphia.

Hunter's knee was never a real concern as he practiced in full on both Thursday and Friday. However, his level of play has been among the worst in the league all season. He's just a WR4/5 despite the plus matchup against the Eagles' burnable corners. Delanie Walker (concussion) is also active, as expected. The Titans inactives: QB Charlie Whitehurst, WR Kris Durham, CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson, DB Marqueston Huff, T Will Svitek, TE Richard Gordon and DE Ropati Pitoitua.
Nov 23 - 11:41 AM

Bears declared RT Jordan Mills, LB Khaseem Greene, LB Darryl Sharpton, OT Eben Britton, DE Trevor Scott, KR Chris Williams and CB Terrance Mitchell inactive for Week 12 against the Buccaneers.

Mills is missing with a rib issue, but was on the field for pre-game warmups. He could return next week. Sharpton (hamstring), Britton (illness), Williams (hamstring) and Scott (knee) are week to week.
