David Murphy - OF - Rangers

David Murphy went 2-for-5 with a double and three RBI in Saturday's 5-2 victory in Seattle.

Murphy's two-run double in the second off Felix Hernandez spotted Texas a 3-0 lead. Murphy, one of the league's few tormentors of King Felix, had another good game against the All-World hurler. Unfortunately, he hasn't been hitting anyone else, batting .229/.279/.405 through 47 games. Murphy does have eight hits in his last six games, hopefully portending the end to his batter's box misery.

Jurickson Profar - 2B - Rangers

Jurickson Profar went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in Saturday's victory against the Mariners.

It counts as the best game of Profar's young career, which consists of only four games. Baseball's best prospect has a .308/.286/.308 slash line with three RBI and two runs over 13 at-bats. He hasn't drawn a walk or collected an extra-base hit, but the 20-year-old doesn't look over matched, which is all that really matters at this stage in his career.

Felix Hernandez - S - Mariners

Felix Hernandez had a very uneven performance Saturday, striking out nine but allowing five runs over 5 2/3 innings in a loss to the Rangers.

When King Felix's stuff wavered, the powerful Rangers lineup capitalized, collecting nine hits and a home run. The Mariners' ace didn't have the best last few weeks. A back injury forced him out of a start against the Yankees on May 14 and he's surrendered 11 runs -- 10 earned -- in his next two outings. While one wonders if he's still dealing with some back tightness, fantasy owners aren't advised to remove him from starting lineups.

Andrew Cashner - S - Padres

Andrew Cashner allowed four earned runs on nine hits over six innings Saturday in the Padres' victory at Arizona.

He struck out five and walked none. Cashner was eminently hittable this evening and gave up a two-run homer to Eric Chavez in the first, but San Diego's offense lit up the scoreboard and gifted the 26-year-old with his fourth win. He'll take a 3.38 ERA and 1.22 WHIP into a tasty date with the Mariners in PETCO on Thursday.

Everth Cabrera - SS - Padres

Everth Cabrera went 3-for-5 with a homer, a double, a steal, four RBI and two runs scored as the Padres topped the Diamondbacks 10-4 Saturday.

The 26-year-old shortstop is having a breakout fantasy season, batting .267/.349/.398 with four homers in 48 games. He leads the NL in steals with 19 and has scored 28 times. The NL stolen base king last season needs to be starting in all formats.

Gerardo Parra - OF - Diamondbacks

Gerardo Parra went 3-for-5 with two runs scored in Saturday's 10-4 setback against the Padres.

Parra is quietly having a monster year, posting a .307/.377/.469 slash line over 192 at-bats while manning center field for the Snakes. With Adam Eaton's elbow woes, Parra has become Arizona's most valuable outfielder. He is in no danger of losing his starting job.

Wade Miley - S - Diamondbacks

Wade Miley was pounded by the Padres for seven runs on seven hits in Saturday's loss.

He struck out one and walked one. The left-hander has really scuffled over his last two home starts; he was hammered for seven runs in each. Against the Braves earlier this month, he was done in by a pair of two-run bombs. Tonight, he just didn't have it against a mediocre offense. Over his last three starts, Miley has seen his ERA jump from 2.93 to 4.53.

Clayton Richard - S - Padres

Clayton Richard (illness) will likely be activated from the disabled list on Monday.

"He came out of his bullpen fine," Padres manager Bud Black said. "It looks as if Clayton is tracking toward Monday." Richard has been out since May 5 with an intestinal virus. He made two minor league starts and threw a bullpen session Friday at Chase Field, and he seems to be back in good health. The left-hander had a rough start to the season, as he sits at 0-4 with an 8.54 ERA through six starts.
