Austin Seferian-Jenkins (shoulder) remains sidelined at Bucs practice.
Seferian-Jenkins suffered a strained shoulder Week 2 and was given a 4-6 week timetable. He's still probably a week or two away, at best. Brandon Myers will continue to fill in at tight end, while Mike Evans, Vincent Jackson, Charles Sims, and Louis Murphy gobble up all the pass-game targets in Tampa Bay.
Lions signed DT Andre Fluellen.
Fluellen spent about 20 days on the Bills' roster earlier this season, but was released over the weekend. This will be the 30-year-old's ninth stint with Detroit.
Crockett Gillmore (calf) remained sidelined at Wednesday's practice.
Gillmore sat out last Thursday night's game and isn't off to a great start this week. If Gillmore can't go, rookies Maxx Williams and Nick Boyle will man tight end.
Steve Smith Sr. (back) did not practice Wednesday.
Senior has four microfractures in his back and is likely to miss Week 5. Kamar Aiken, Marlon Brown, Darren Waller, and Chris Givens will handle receiver duties.
Jacob Tamme (concussion) was limited in Wednesday's practice.
He's on the right track to return Week 5, but Tamme isn't on the fantasy radar.
Andrew Luck (shoulder) is questionable for Thursday night's Week 5 game against the Texans.
Expectations from around the team are that Luck will start Thursday night. Coach Chuck Pagano has acted extremely secretive about Luck's status, hiding him from the portions of practice open to the media, so we can't be certain Luck will be under center until inactives are announced Thursday evening. For now, pencil Luck into lineups as a high-end QB1 against Houston's bottom-eight pass defense.
Tevin Coleman (ribs) returned to practice Wednesday.
He was limited. Coleman will likely return to the lineup this week against the Redskins, but he's lost his starting job to Devonta Freeman, who's amassed six touchdowns over the past two weeks. Coleman will likely handle 6-10 carries as the No. 2 back, moving fellow rookie Terron Ward back to third-string duties.
Redskins RCB Chris Culliver underwent an MRI on his left knee Wednesday.
Culliver played through a sore knee last week, but didn't practice Wednesday. The Redskins can ill afford to lose anymore players in the secondary, especially with Julio Jones on tap for Week 5. Culliver has received extremely poor marks from Pro Football Focus for his coverage through three games this season.
