Victor Cruz caught 3-of-3 targets for 70 yards in the Giants' Week 3 loss to the Redskins.
Sterling Shepard caught 5-of-7 targets for 73 yards and a touchdown in the Giants' Week 3 loss to the Redskins.
Shepard froze the corner and safety on his score. He could have had another touchdown, but was tackled at the one. Shepard was feasting early, but took a backseat to Odell Beckham in the second half. Shepard has worked his way into every-week WR3 consideration, but has a tough Week 4 matchup in the Vikings.
Pierre Garcon caught 5-of-7 targets for 59 yards in the Redskins' Week 3 win over the Giants.
Even with Josh Doctson sidelined, this is about Garcon's weekly ceiling. Jamison Crowder has taken what little remained of his value.
Jamison Crowder caught 4-of-7 targets for 78 yards and a touchdown in the Redskins' Week 3 win over the Giants.
Crowder also added an electrifying 50-yard punt return. Crowder's score was a screen he turned into a zig-zagging 55-yard touchdown. One of his missed connections was a target from the four-yard line. Another, a long defensive pass interference penalty. Crowder isn't going away as a factor in the Redskins' receiver corps, and is quickly shaping up as a starter in PPR leagues.
Eli Rogers left the Steelers' Week 3 game against the Eagles with a toe injury and will not return.
It's just been one of those days for the Steelers. Rogers is already the fourth player Pittsburgh has lost to injury today. He'll finish the afternoon with two catches for 32 yards on five targets. Antonio Brown, Markus Wheaton and Sammie Coates will operate as the Steelers' top three wide receivers.
Jordan Reed caught 4-of-7 targets for 56 yards in the Redskins' Week 3 win over the Giants.
Reed bafflingly wasn't targeted with the Redskins near the goal line and needing to conserve clock near the end of the first half. One of his grabs was an absolute highlight-reel addition, but it was an otherwise quiet day. Reed has yet to score this season, but has 16 grabs on 24 targets. The touchdowns are coming.
Russell Wilson exited Sunday's Week 3 game against the 49ers with a left ankle or knee injury.
Wilson came into the game battling a high ankle sprain to his right leg. On a third-quarter play, Wilson appeared to injure his left knee and/or ankle and was fitted for a brace by trainers on the sideline. Trevone Boykin has entered. We did notice Wilson standing on the sideline with his helmet still on, but it would be silly for the Seahawks to let him back in up 27-3. FOX's Pam Oliver later reported Wilson's day is "done."
Dolphins C Anthony Steen suffered a high-ankle sprain in Week 3.
Steen has started the last three games in place of Mike Pouncey. He's looking at a multi-week absence, but it's not a huge loss given his struggles. Pouncey might not return until Week 5.
