Falcons released TE Mickey Shuler.
With Jacob Tamme (concussion) sidelined, Shuler saw 21 snaps against the Texans in Week 4. Tony Moeaki will take Shuler's spot on the active roster.
Falcons signed TE Tony Moeaki.
With Jacob Tamme dealing with a concussion, the Falcons needed some depth at tight end. Moeaki has spent the last month recovering from an ankle injury. He'll back up Levine Toilolo.
Falcons placed Devin Hester (turf toe) on injured reserve/designated to return.
He hasn't played yet this season. When Hester returns, he'll slide in behind Julio Jones, Leonard Hankerson and Roddy White on the Falcons' wide receiver depth chart. Even when healthy, he's not a fantasy consideration.
49ers waived C Nick Easton.
Easton was acquired from the Ravens right before final cuts. He didn't play a single snap for the 49ers.
Lions DT Tyrunn Walker underwent surgery Tuesday to repair a broken fibula.
Walker suffered the injury in Monday's loss to Seattle. He'll be placed on season-ending injured reserve. Detroit will now turn to Gabe Wright at right defensive tackle.
Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said RB Fred Jackson has a high-ankle sprain.
The injury will likely sideline Jackson several weeks. The Seahawks are hopeful Marshawn Lynch (hamstring) will play this week. If he does not, Thomas Rawls would see a ton of work against the Bengals.
ESPN's Adam Caplan reports an MRI on Lions TE Eric Ebron's left knee showed no structural damage.
An X-ray taken during the game also came back clean. The specifics of the injury are not yet known, but it is possible Ebron is dealing with a sprain. His availability for Week 5 will be updated throughout the week.
Titans rookie WR Dorial Green-Beckham was arrested after it was discovered he had an unpaid traffic ticket during a routine stop.
Green-Beckham was released after paying the fine. Green-Beckham's history off the field caused the story to make headlines, but the "arrest" is a non-issue. Coach Ken Whisenhunt confirmed DGB will not face discipline from the team from the incident.
