Broncos declared TE Virgil Green, QB Austin Davis, OLB DeMarcus Ware, S Justin Simmons, CB Lorenzo Doss, and OLs Connor McGovern and Donald Stephenson inactive for Week 3 against the Bengals.
Green is week to week with a strained calf.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Thomas Rawls (shin) and C.J. Prosise (hand) will be inactive Week 3 against the 49ers.
Rawls is not surprising, but Prosise did practice in full all week. Prosise is still wearing a cast on his injured hand, however, so he likely would not have helped out much on offense either way. With both backs down, Christine Michael is set up for a monster workload. He is a must-play in all formats.
Browns CB Joe Haden (groin) is inactive for Week 3.
Tyler Kroft is starting ahead of C.J. Uzomah in Week 3 against the Broncos.
Neither is a strong TE1 streamer, but it's a noteworthy development for fantasy owners truly desperate at tight end. Kroft out-snapped Uzomah narrowly last week, and he should do so to a greater extent against Denver.
Raiders CB David Amerson (concussion) is active for Week 3 against the Titans.
Amerson was able to gain clearance over the weekend. Inactive for the Raiders are OT Austin Howard, QB Connor Cook, CB Dexter McDonald, CB Antonio Hamilton, OT Matt McCants, and TE Mychal Rivera.
Vikings RCB Xavier Rhodes (knee) is active for Week 3 vs. the Panthers.
Rhodes isn't listed as a starter, so he'll be eased in as he makes his 2016 debut. Even a limited Rhodes is a big boost for the Vikings' already cooking defense. He should be close to full-go for Week 4.
Ravens declared RB Buck Allen, CB Will Davis, RB Kenneth Dixon, OLB Elvis Dumervil, DT Willie Henry, CB Jerraud Powers and G/C John Urschel inactive for Week 3 against the Jaguars.
Allen has been a healthy scratch for all three games this season. Justin Forsett and Terrance West will continue to split up the rushing workload. Neither are appealing fantasy options. Ronnie Stanley (foot) is active for Week 3.
Kendall Wright (hamstring) is inactive for Week 3 against the Raiders.
Rishard Matthews, Andre Johnson, and Harry Douglas will continue to rotate behind Tajae Sharpe. Wright hasn't been on the field much since August.
