Aaron Rodgers (collarbone) participated in individual drills at Wednesday's practice.
Just like last week, Rodgers took all of his snaps from the backup centers. Matt Flynn took the first-team reps and is being prepared to start against the Falcons. Beat writers noticed Rodgers had plenty of zip on his passes, but they were mostly in the short-to-intermediate range. Rodgers also didn't move around much, taking quick drop-backs. He appears less than 50-50 to play Sunday.
Brandon Bostick (concussion) returned to practice Wednesday.
Bostick suffered a concussion in Week 12 and sat out the Thanksgiving Day game against the Lions. He should be back this week as the No. 2 tight end.
DeAngelo Williams (quad) returned to practice Wednesday.
As expected. Williams didn't practice at all last week and was inactive for Week 13 against the Bucs. This suggests it wasn't a serious injury, and Williams was probably close to playing. He'll reenter the three-headed committee that is the Carolina backfield. Williams is merely a desperation flex play.
Anthony Fasano (concussion, knee) is not practicing Wednesday.
Fasano got extremely banged up in the Week 13 loss to the Broncos and is very questionable to play against the Redskins this week. It would leave Sean McGrath as the starting tight end again.
Audie Cole will remain the Vikings' starting middle linebacker going forward.
Filling in for Erin Henderson (personal) over the last two weeks, Cole has performed extremely well while racking up 22 tackles and one sack. Henderson is now back, but will move to the weak side. Cole is an IDP plug-n-play.
Jonathan Stewart (ankle) is not practicing Wednesday.
Stewart routinely sits out Wednesdays in an effort to keep his troublesome ankles fresh. It hasn't mattered much on the field. Even with DeAngelo Williams sidelined last week, Stewart picked up a total of 42 yards on 16 touches. He's not a fantasy option.
Jaguars WR Stephen Burton (concussion) will not play in Thursday's game against the Texans.
Burton is having tons of trouble getting cleared following his Week 10 concussion. Cecil Shorts, Mike Brown and Ace Sanders will be Chad Henne's top-three wideouts Thursday night.
Darrelle Revis (shoulder/chest) is practicing Wednesday.
Revis was forced out of last week's loss at Carolina early after a hard fall, but it's possible he could have returned if the game were close. It looks like he'll be all systems go for Sunday's home game against the Bills. Expect Stevie Johnson to see a lot of time on Revis Island.
