Demaryius Thomas caught 5-of-8 targets for 69 yards in the Broncos' Week 15 win over the Colts.

Dec 14 - 11:49 PM

Colts TE Brandon Williams has been diagnosed with a concussion.

He's out of the hospital. It seems ridiculous to say, but it's actually good news after Williams, who has a spinal condition, had to be strapped to a backboard and stretchered off against the Broncos. We would expect the reserve tight end and special teamer has played his final snap of 2017.
Dec 14 - 11:46 PM

T.Y. Hilton caught 5-of-7 targets for 41 yards in the Colts' Week 15 loss to the Broncos.

It looked like it might be an early night for Hilton after he was writhing around with a right hand injury early in the second quarter, but he ended up missing only a handful of plays. The yards were actually his third most across his past nine games. He will be a big-play reliant WR3 against the Ravens' Jimmy Smith-less secondary in Week 16.
Dec 14 - 11:43 PM

Frank Gore rushed 10 times for 31 yards in the Colts' Week 15 loss to the Broncos, adding three receptions for 37 additional yards.

Gore missed most of the first half with a mysterious knee ailment, but was back after the break. He couldn't move the chains against the Broncos' stout run defense, and Jacoby Brissett couldn't soften them up with any big plays. Averaging 3.60 yards per carry behind an increasingly injured offensive line, Gore will be more of an RB3 than RB2 for Week 16 against the Ravens.
Dec 14 - 11:40 PM

Jacoby Brissett completed 17-of-30 passes for 158 yards in the Colts' 25-13, Week 15 loss to the Broncos, adding five carries for 18 yards and a touchdown.

Four days after a marathon loss in snowy Buffalo, the Colts, including Brissett, looked dismal and dull on offense. He has few weapons at his disposal, but Brissett couldn't make any big plays. As usual, he was holding onto the ball for too long, though he only took one sack. Brissett is averaging a putrid 4.55 yards per attempt over his past three starts. It's been a "learning experience" year of a few modest peaks and deep, deep valleys for the sophomore signal caller. He'll be off the streaming radar against the Ravens in Week 16.
Dec 14 - 11:37 PM

C.J. Anderson rushed 30 times for 158 yards in the Broncos' Week 15 win over the Colts.

Anderson was held without a catch on one target in the passing game. The 158 yards rushing were the third most of his career. Anderson was shedding an indifferent Colts defense's tackles all night long. Clearly re-established as the Broncos' lead back, Anderson has a whopping 73 touches over his past three games. Operating on 10 days rest, he will be a workload-based RB2 against the Redskins in Week 16.
Dec 14 - 11:29 PM

Brock Osweiler completed 12-of-17 passes for 194 yards and two touchdowns in the Broncos' 25-13, Week 15 win over the Colts, adding three rushes for 17 yards and an additional score.

Trevor Siemian was knocked out with a season-ending shoulder injury on the Broncos' second drive. Osweiler checked in and promptly balled, dropping dimes and galloping like a gazelle on his 18-yard touchdown run in the second quarter. 54 of his yards and one of his scores came on an absolute seed to TE Jeff Heuerman in the third quarter (it was a weird night). Osweiler's other touchdown was gutsy 22-yarder to a tightly covered Cody Latimer (again, weird night). With Paxton Lynch's (high-ankle sprain) health status unknown, there's a good chance Osweiler is under center for Week 16 against the Redskins.
Dec 14 - 11:28 PM

Emmanuel Sanders was forced from Thursday's game against the Colts with a right ankle injury, and will not return.

Sanders injured his ankle early on, tried to gut through it, and was eventually ruled out. It's the same ankle Sanders hurt in Week 6, costing him two games. With fill-in QB Brock Osweiler playing surprisingly well, Sanders was having a nice night, catching 7-of-9 targets for 68 yards. With 10 days to heal up for Week 16, it's possible Sanders doesn't miss any additional time.
