Douglas has been playing through a foot injury for several weeks, but the ailment has not affected his on-field production. With Julio Jones back in the lineup, Douglas will fall back in as a WR4 against the Saints.
Percy Harvin (ankle) is active for Week 16 against the Patriots.
Harvin is a tough sell as a WR4 as he does battle with the Patriots' Darrelle Revis-led secondary.

White's status was never in doubt after getting in a full session on Friday. He is a more of a WR3 with Julio Jones returning to the lineup.
Eddie Lacy (eye) is active for Week 16 against the Bucs.
Lacy has been dealing with an issue with his contact lens, but his status was never in doubt. The Packers inactives are QB Scott Tolzien, CB Davon House, LB Carl Bradford, C Garth Gerhart, TE Justin Perillo, WR Jeff Janis, and DT Bruce Gaston.
Falcons SS William Moore (foot) is active for Week 16 against the Saints.
Moore was limited on Thursday and Friday but will give it a go in the Falcons' most important game of the year. The Falcons declared G Jon Asamoah, QB Sean Renfree, LB Tyler Starr, S Charles Godfrey, CB Ricardo Allen, LB James Anderson and DE Stansly Maponga inactive for Week 16.
Jets RE Muhammad Wilkerson (toe) is active for Week 16 against the Patriots.
Wilkerson's return is huge for a Jets team looking to spring the final upset of the Rex Ryan era. Inactive for the Jets are DL T.J. Barnes, OG Dakota Dozier, S Jaiquawn Jarrett, OL Wesley Johnson, S Rontez Miles, WR Walter Powell and QB Matt Simms.
Vikings declared TE Kyle Rudolph, S Ahmad Dixon, CB Shaun Prater, FB Zach Line, LB Anthony Barr, OT Carter Bykowski, and G Charlie Johnson inactive for Week 16 against the Dolphins.
Chase Ford will replace Rudolph as Minnesota's pass-catching tight end.
