Vincent Jackson caught three balls for 70 yards and a touchdown in the Bucs' Week 14 win over Buffalo.
V-Jax narrowly missed out a second score by just barely failing to get both feet down at the same time on a second-half play in the back of the end zone. Keep Jackson rolling in Week 15 against San Francisco as a WR2, but he'll be a legit WR1 when the Bucs play the Rams in fantasy championship week.
The Vikings are now calling Adrian Peterson's injury a sprained right foot.
That was the extent of coach Leslie Frazier's post-game update. A sprained foot is typically more tricky than a sprained ankle, but there's no real way of knowing how serious Peterson's injury is just yet. He should be considered highly questionable for Week 15, but there's still a chance he'll suit up. Peterson's status will be updated no later than Monday afternoon, and likely sooner.
Nick Foles completed 11-of-22 passes for 179 yards with one touchdown and one interception in Sunday's Week 14 win over the Lions.
Bobby Rainey rushed 22 times for 127 yards and a touchdown and caught three passes for a combined loss of four yards in the Bucs' Week 14 win over the Bills.
Rainey opened the game with an 80-yard touchdown run on his first carry, demonstrating surpising long speed in addition to his solid tackle-breaking ability and improving versatility. Brian Leonard did have seven carries in this game, though they were mostly in garbage time of the 27-6 stomping. A true feature back in Tampa Bay's balanced offense, Rainey will be a RB2/flex play in Week 16 against the Rams, but plays the 49ers next.
Harry Douglas was limited to two catches for 20 yards in Atlanta's Week 14 loss to Green Bay.
Douglas had two ugly drops and was otherwise bottled up by emerging Packers shutdown slot corner Tramon Williams, who held Nate Burleson catch-less on Thanksgiving. Miles Austin owners should take note of Williams' smothering inside-the-numbers coverage for Week 15. Douglas will be a far more attractive fantasy play when the Falcons take on the Redskins next time out.
Steven Jackson rushed 15 times for 71 yards and caught a nine-yard pass in the Falcons' Week 14 loss to the Packers.
Although the fantasy numbers didn't cooperate this time, S-Jax continues to improve physically on a weekly basis. He looked like a poor man's version of Eddie Lacy in this one, ripping off chain-moving runs with power and finishing them off with authority. Jackson will be a legit RB2 option when Atlanta squares off with Washington's weak defense in Week 15.
Tony Gonzalez caught three balls for 25 yards and a touchdown in the Falcons' Week 14 loss to the Packers.
Gonzo caught his two-yard touchdown on a little slip route off the right side of the line in the second quarter, essentially getting wide open. He'll be a mid-range fantasy TE1 play against the Redskins' sieve-ish defense in Week 15.
Falcons WR Darius Johnson was held without a catch in Atlanta's Week 14 loss to Green Bay.
Johnson was on the field for a lot of plays -- he's currently Atlanta's No. 3 receiver -- but Roddy White (eight catches) was the apple of Matt Ryan's eye in this one. Johnson has very little re-draft or Dynasty league value.
