Titans traded DL LaVar Edwards to the Cowboys in exchange for a conditional 7th-round pick.
Bills signed P Colton Schmidt.
An undrafted free agent, Schmidt averaged 48.9 yards on punts in three preseason games, including four inside the 20-yard line. With Brian Moorman getting waived, he could be Buffalo's starting punter this season.
Bengals released S Danieal Manning.
Buccaneers waived WR/KR Solomon Patton.
This cut comes as somewhat of a surprise as Patton had seemingly locked up both return jobs for the Bucs. Patton had three catches for 42 yards and a touchdown this preseason.
Cowboys released G Uche Nwaneri and TE Asa Watson.
Nwaneri, 30, was never a good bet to crack an offensive line that's as deep and talented as any in the league. He should still be able to find work after putting together a decent 16-start season in Jacksonville last year.
Seahawks released CB Phillip Adams.
Now 26, Adams struggled mightily as a reserve for the Raiders last season. Adams has made only two career starts.
Bills waived WR T.J. Graham.
The Bills had Graham on the trade block, but predictably found no takers. A third-round pick of the Chan Gailey regime in 2012, Graham posted a 31-322-1 line as a rookie before falling behind Robert Woods last season. Graham was done in Buffalo as soon as the Doug Marrone regime traded for Mike Williams and drafted Sammy Watkins.
Bears waived CB Kelvin Hayden.
Hayden was competing for Chicago's No. 4 corner job after missing the 2013 season to a hamstring injury. He didn't show enough on special teams to earn a roster spot. The Bears will go with Sherrick McManis and one of Al Jean-Louis or Demontre Hurst behind starters Charles Tillman, Kyle Fuller, and Tim Jennings.
