Updating a previous item, Austin Seferian-Jenkins is still on waivers.

NFL Network reported that Seferian-Jenkins cleared waivers, but teams have until Monday to make a claim. Either way, it's unlikely anyone picks up ASJ's rookie deal. Seferian-Jenkins has two DUIs in the last three years.

Saints TE Josh Hill (ankle) is questionable for Week 3.

Hill made progress this week, but should miss his second straight game. Coby Fleener will continue to have an every-down role on Monday night.
Sep 24 - 4:41 PM

Saints LT Terron Armstead (knee) has been ruled out for Week 3.

This was expected after a missed week of practice. The severity of Armstead's knee injury isn't known, but he's likely looking at a multi-game absence. Andrus Peat should replace Armstead at left tackle.
Sep 24 - 4:31 PM

Lions waived WR Aaron Dobson.

Dobson lasted only a week on the active roster. With DeAndre Levy and Antwione Williams sidelined, LB Zaviar Gooden was promoted from the practice squad.

Chargers waived RB Andre Williams.

With Antonio Gates sidelined, the Chargers needed to open a spot for TE Asante Cleveland. Getting waived after Danny Woodhead suffered a season-ending ACL injury is a bad sign for Williams, who was a healthy scratch the first two games. Williams could be re-signed next week if he clears waivers.

Chargers LG Orlando Franklin (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Week 3

Despite the questionable tag, Franking got in a full practice Friday and is expected to play. San Diego’s entire offensive line is healthy for Sunday’s game.
Sep 24 - 3:45 PM

Saints LT Terron Armstead (knee) is not expected to play in Week 3.

Armstead is "highly doubtful" after not practicing all week. It's a pass-game downgrade to a Saints offense that could also be without Willie Snead. Andrus Peat should replace Armstead at left tackle.

Willie Snead (questionable, toe) is a game-time decision for Week 3 against Atlanta.

Snead's status is up in the air after missing most of the practice week. He's "hopeful" of playing, but knows it'll come down to how he feels Monday. Even if Snead starts, the late game and possibility of a setback make him a risky WR3 play.
