Speaking Tuesday, Titans coach Mike Mularkey said the team's Week 6 timeshare at running back was a "good model."

Oct 17 - 5:14 PM

DeMarco Murray is dealing with hamstring tightness, but will be active for Week 7.

One week after dominating snaps, Murray played as many (39) as Derrick Henry against the Colts. Henry both out-touched and out-gained his veteran backfield mate as Murray checked in and out of the game. Murray has been battling hamstring issues since training camp, and is merely the RB18 by total points through the season's first six weeks. He'll be a risk/reward RB2 for Week 7 against the Browns.
Oct 17 - 5:09 PM

Marcus Mariota (hamstring) escaped Monday night's win over the Colts without setbacks.

Mariota's mobility was noticeably limited, but he played better and better as the game wore on. It was extremely impressive effort by a player who isn't known for staying confined to the pocket. Mariota offers monster upside for Week 7 against the Browns.
Oct 17 - 5:05 PM

Tyreek Hill (neck) is practicing in full for Week 7.

It's the best possible news for the Chiefs, who will be missing Albert Wilson (knee) on the short week in Oakland. Hill has been mostly quiet since his Week 1 eruption against the Patriots, but will be needed for major targets against the Raiders. The Chiefs are perilously low on healthy receivers.
Oct 17 - 5:03 PM

Albert Wilson (knee) missed Monday and Tuesday's practices.

Barring a surprise turnaround, he's going to miss Thursday's game against the Raiders, leaving the Chiefs extremely thin at receiver.
Oct 17 - 5:01 PM

49ers signed DT Tony McDaniel.

The 49ers have also signed Leger Douzable. McDaniel made 10 starts for the Seahawks last season, but couldn't make it out of camp with the Saints. He'll provide defensive line depth with Arik Armstead (hand) on the shelf.
Oct 17 - 4:25 PM

Speaking Tuesday, Seahawks coach Pete Carroll confirmed C.J. Prosise (ankle) is expected to return for Sunday's game against the Giants.

Prosise hasn't played since Week 3. He's badly needed to provide a change-of-pace element in the Seahawks' jumbled backfield. It's unclear if Prosise's return will glue J.D. McKissic to the sideline.
Oct 17 - 4:04 PM

Michael Bennett is expected to play through his foot injury against the Giants.

Bennett is dealing with plantar fasciitis, which is a lingering injury that only gets better with rest. Bennett played through the issue in Week 5, finishing the Seahawks' win over the Rams. Bennett's practice time figures to be limited for the foreseeable future, but he should be out there on Sundays.
