Coach Pete Carroll provided little update on Doug Baldwin (groin) Monday, saying the severity of the strain remains unclear.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported the groin strain isn't believed to be serious, but Carroll and the team are still waiting for tests to come back. Baldwin was having a huge game against the Titans with a 10-105-1 line before leaving in the second half. Baldwin has a little extra time to get ready for Week 4, as the Seahawks host the Colts on Sunday night. We'll have plenty of updates.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Tyler Eifert will miss "multiple weeks" with a back injury.

The good news is he does not need surgery. The bad news is Eifert's back is acting up again after an injury cost him Weeks 16-17 last season, then he underwent surgery after the year. Tyler Kroft will take over as the Bengals' starting tight end. Eifert looks droppable in 12-team fantasy leagues.

Ty Montgomery (wrist) was listed as a limited participant at Packers practice on Monday.

The Packers didn't actually practice, but they filed an estimated participation report. There have been no indications Montgomery is in danger of sitting out Thursday night's game against the Bears.

Randall Cobb (chest) was listed as a limited participant on the Packers' practice report Monday.

The Packers didn't actually hold a practice, but teams playing on Thursday nights are required to release participation reports based on estimations. Cobb did not practice at all last week, so it sounds like he's beginning to make progress. Still, it's possible the Packers hold him out one more week based on how winnable Thursday's game should be at Lambeau Field against the 1-2 Bears.

Andrew Luck (shoulder) has been ruled out for Week 4 at Seattle.

NFL Network reported on Sunday morning that Luck is targeting Week 6 for his return. On Monday, coach Chuck Pagano suggested Luck could resume practicing this week, but stopped short of full-on predicting it. Jacoby Brissett played well in Weeks 2-3 against the Cardinals and Browns, but he's entering a trouble spot at CenturyLink Field. Seattle's D/ST should be a popular Week 4 play.

Colts RCB Vontae Davis (groin) is expected to make his season debut on Sunday Night Football against the Seahawks.

There are no guarantees Davis will be effective, however, after he struggled mightily trying to play through a groin injury for multiple weeks last season. As Doug Baldwin is primarily a slot receiver and Davis patrols the boundary, it's likely Paul Richardson will end up in Davis' coverage the most in Week 4.

Packers signed OT Ulrick John off the Cardinals' practice squad.

The move adds depth with LT David Bakhtiari and RT Bryan Bulaga still ailing. The Packers are also recently lost swing OT Jason Spriggs to I.R. and are reeling with offensive tackle injuries ahead of Thursday's date with the Bears.

Melvin Gordon reportedly has a "minor" bone bruise on his knee.

Gordon played a season-low 42 percent of the Chargers' Week 3 offensive snaps due to this injury. Gordon apparently suffered the injury in practice last week. Gordon's Week 4 status against the Eagles is uncertain. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says Gordon "wanted to go back in" to last week's loss to Kansas City.
