Dez Bryant (knee) is out for Week 4 against the 49ers.

Dez got some good news from Dr. James Andrews on Thursday but the Cowboys are going to "play it safe" by sitting him in Week 4. Cole Beasley is going to get peppered with targets in his absence and Brice Butler should also play a bigger role in the passing game. Consider Bryant week to week.
Sep 30 - 2:32 PM

Baltimore LB Elvis Dumervil (foot) will be eased into action in his 2016 debut.

Per the Baltimore Sun, "Against the Raiders, he will return to his familiar role except that the Ravens don't need him to play half of the team's defensive snaps. They can take their time and bring him along just like they did Suggs in the first three games." Dumervil missed the season's first three games after offseason foot surgery, but is now ready for game action. The Baltimore defense has been solid in his absence, allowing the second-fewest yards per game among NFL defenses through three weeks. The Ravens D/ST will be a startable fantasy option at home against Oakland this week.

Jamaal Charles (knee) is questionable for Week 4 against the Steelers.

It's an upgrade for Charles, who was listed as doubtful the previous three weeks. Charles was limited at practice this week and could very well be headed for a game-time decision. If Charles gets the green light, he'd likely work in a committee alongside Ware. Charcandrick West (ankle) is out. We still expect Ware to be the Chiefs' lead back against the Steelers.
Sep 30 - 2:27 PM

Mohamed Sanu (shoulder) practiced fully on Friday.

He's off the injury report and will start against Carolina.
Sep 30 - 2:26 PM

Devonta Freeman (illness) is no longer on the injury report.

He missed Thursday's practice, but participated fully on Friday and will be all systems go for Sunday's divisional clash with the Panthers.
Sep 30 - 2:26 PM

Julio Jones (calf) practiced fully on Friday.

He's no longer on the injury report and will start versus Carolina.
Sep 30 - 2:25 PM

Charcandrick West (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 4.

Jamaal Charles (knee) has been upgraded to questionable and apparently has an outside chance to contribute on Sunday Night Football against the Steelers. Spencer Ware is locked in as Kansas City's feature back. West can be dropped in all leagues, although he never should have been on fantasy rosters anyway.
Sep 30 - 2:21 PM

Texans coach Bill O'Brien confirmed J.J. Watt (back) is out for the season.

Watt tried to play through a back injury the first three weeks, but that only made things worse. He underwent surgery on Thursday and will now miss the remainder of 2016. Sunday against Tennessee will be the first game Watt has missed since entering the league as the 11th overall pick in 2011. Jadeveon Clowney and Whitney Mercilus will be the Texans' primary pass rushers.
