Marcus Stroman got a win Wednesday despite allowing four earned runs over 5 2/3 innings against the Brewers.

Stroman watched his ERA jump from 3.00 to 3.30 but picked up his fifth win. He walked four and struck out five. A start at home against the Reds comes next.

He has been taking dry swings, hitting off a tee and taking soft toss as he ramps up his efforts. If all goes well with his rehab assignment, he could potentially be activated in early June.

Nelson Cruz will play right field in Thursday's game against the Nationals.
