The Wizards will acquire Bojan Bogdanovic and Chris McCullough in a trade with the Nets, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical.

The Nets will get back Andrew Nicholson and a 2017 first-round pick. The Wizards lost out on the Lou Williams sweepstakes, so they'll go after the next easy trade target out there. Bogdanovic's playing time was really trending up with 29.4 minutes per game in February, averaging 15.1 points, 5.3 boards, 1.6 assists and 1.7 treys. Obviously his value will be falling off a cliff in fantasy. Meanwhile, guys like Caris LeVert, Sean Kilpatrick and Joe Harris should all be looking to pick up some of that playing time. Most owners can take a wait-and-see approach, especially with Jeremy Lin likely to return.

An MRI revealed Miles Plumlee (calf) has a second degree strain and will be re-evaluated in two weeks.

The Hornets are razor thin at the five spot with Cody Zeller (quad) also doubtful, so this one really hurts. On the positive side, Frank Kaminsky has played very well at the center spot and looks to be locked in to big minutes, making him worth owning in standard leagues in the short term.

David West (thumb) is likely to play against the Clippers on Thursday.

He has been out since Jan. 11 with his sprained thumb. He was playing around 13 minutes per game, so he may return to that role in the second half. Kevon Looney and Andre Iguodala could take some hits in playing time.

Zaza Pachulia (shoulder) has good chance to play on Thursday against the Clippers.

Coach Steve Kerr said he's not sure if he'll be starting Pachulia. The center did go through practice on Wednesday and looks to be over his strain that caused him to miss eight games. His return would take minutes away from fan favorite JaVale McGee. Neither have fantasy value, though.

Coach Mike D'Antoni said the Lou Williams acquisition should help Eric Gordon clinch Sixth Man of the Year.

This is a little surprising to see D'Antoni sound so confident because the numbers suggest otherwise. Nobody else in the second unit is even close to Gordon's usage, so adding a scorer like Lou Williams should affect his scoring negatively. Furthermore, Gordon has a 32.6 usage rate when he's not with James Harden compared to a 19.3 with him -- his efficiency is better too. We're expecting Gordon to drop in productivity and it doesn't help he hasn't been very healthy in 2017.

Coach Mike D'Antoni called Lou Williams the seventh man in the rotation.

He also said Williams should be helping Eric Gordon, which suggests Lou will be passing more than he did in Los Angeles. Williams was carrying the Lakers' second unit with a 30.0 usage rate and also in the top 25 for unassisted baskets among the 170 players with at least 30 games and 24 minutes per outing. Williams is also a good catch-and-shoot guy at 39.6 percent on treys, so basically he can get his own shot and create his own. Plus, he's just behind fifth-ranked DeMarcus Cousins for fifth in free throws per 36 minutes to also be a great fit there. Williams' fantasy value will be taking a hit here, but he could still have some late-round appeal.

Darrell Arthur (illness) is questionable to play against the Kings on Thursday.

This isn't due to his arthritic knee issues, which will cause him to be managed throughout the season. If Arthur can't go, there could be a few extra minutes going to Juancho Hernangomez, especially if the Nuggets make trades at the deadline.
Feb 22 - 3:28 PM

Danilo Gallinari (groin) is questionable to play against the Kings on Thursday.

He did go through some practice on Tuesday, so he's coming along from what looked like a scary injury earlier this month. Of course, there is a chance that Gallinari is on another team before Thursday's game. The sense around reporters is that the Nuggets will be dealing either Gallo or Wilson Chandler. A trade would likely hurt Gallo's fantasy value.
