Giancarlo Stanton finished 3-for-6 with an RBI in Tuesday's game in Oakland.

Stanton has three multi-hit games through the first five outings of the team's west coast road trip. His current .269 is his highest mark since April 29 when he was hitting .274. He'll look to stay hot in Wednesday's series finale against Sonny Gray.

Dee Gordon finished 3-for-6 with a triple, a run scored and two RBI in Tuesday's 11-9 win in Oakland.

Gordon has been a streaky hitter this season, and lately he is riding an impressive wave. He has four consecutive multi-hit games, collecting nine hits across 18 at-bats over the past four outings. He has raised his average from .245 to .271 just since May 18 as a result of the hot run.

Jose Urena allowed six earned runs, four hits and two walks with three strikeouts over five innings in a win Tuesday in Oakland.

Urena was staked to a 7-1 lead through three innings and he did his best to fritter away the huge cushion. Manager Don Mattingly let him stick around long enough to qualify for the win, but the real heroes in the game were on the Miami offense. Six Marlins recorded two or more hits.
May 24 - 2:51 AM

Jake Lamb finished 1-for-4 with his 12th home run and a pair of RBI in Tuesday's game against the White Sox.

Lamb blasted five homers with 21 RBI in the month of April and he has cracked seven home runs with 17 RBI through 19 games in May. He posted 29 clouts with 91 RBI in 523 at-bats across 151 games last season and he is proving this year that was no fluke. Over the past two seasons Lamb has emerged as an outstanding power source across the board in all fantasy formats.

Christian Yelich exited Tuesday's game versus the Athletics with a right hip flexor injury.

It's unclear when Yelich suffered the injury, but it seems like he was lifted for precautionary reasons. The Marlins are listing him as day-to-day. Yelich had a single and scored a run in five plate appearances before departing.

R.A. Dickey somehow managed to notch a quality start despite allowing 11 hits and three walks over six frames in Tuesday’s 6-5 win over the Pirates.

Pitching on three days’ rest, Dickey struck out just two and surrendered a home run to Jordy Mercer, but he managed to keep the Braves in the game, ultimately permitting three runs while throwing 102 pitches. Atlanta is probably satisfied with the knuckleballer’s 4.17 ERA, but it’s come along with an ugly 1.56 WHIP and 28/24 K/BB ratio over 54 innings. Dickey faces the Giants in San Francisco on Sunday.
May 24 - 2:07 AM

Chris Herrmann finished 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Tuesday's game against the White Sox.

Herrmann has homered in three consecutive starts, posting four RBI during the span. While Jeff Mathis is superior defensively, Herrmann's bat is coming alive and he is making it hard for skipper Torey Lovullo to keep the backstop on the bench. He remains a No. 2 fantasy option in NL-only leagues with some power upside.
May 24 - 2:07 AM

Tyler Glasnow held the Braves to two runs over six innings Tuesday.

Glasnow surrendered nine hits – including a solo home run to Matt Adams – and also walked a pair, but he managed to hold Atlanta relatively in check. He also did his part and then some at the plate, picking up three singles in three at-bats. Glasnow remains volatile for fantasy purposes, as his penchant for free passes can result in blowup starts at any time. He faces the Mets on Sunday.
