Doug Martin (ankle) is listed as questionable for Week 12.
Martin was limited throughout the week, but reportedly looked healthy during practice Friday. He's expected to return Sunday against the Bears. Martin's role is up in the air after missing the last three games. Rookie Charles Sims (ankle) is also listed as questionable.
Kyle Rudolph (abdomen, groin) is listed as probable for Week 12.
Rudolph played just 14-of-47 snaps in his first game back from sports hernia surgery. He hasn't had any setbacks and was able to practice in full this week. Rudolph should start to see his role increased, but will be a high-risk fantasy option. He's the No. 17 tight end in Rotoworld's Week 12 rankings.
Jerick McKinnon (back) is listed as probable for Week 12.
McKinnon was held out of practice Wednesday, but got in two straight limited sessions. He'll be a boom-or-bust RB2 against the Packers. With Matt Asiata sidelined, Ben Tate will serve as the No. 2 back.
Trent Richardson (illness) is listed as probable for Week 12.
Richardson practiced in full Friday for the second straight day. The Colts plan to get him more work on third downs with Ahmad Bradshaw out for the year. Richardson is a high-end RB2 against a Jacksonville defense that allows the seventh most fantasy points to running backs.
Harry Douglas (foot) is listed as probable for Week 12.
Douglas was upgraded to full on Friday after being limited earlier in the week. He'll be good to go as the No. 3 option behind Julio Jones and Roddy White.
Lamar Miller is now fighting a knee injury in addition to the shoulder issue he's been battling.
Miller suffered a shoulder sprain back in Week 9, but got over it reasonably quickly and earned a "probable" tag ahead of Week 11. That appears to be on the back burner now as a mid-week knee injury is what has him listed "questionable." The good news is Miller got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday, and stated he expects to play. The bad news is that Sunday's game at Denver is a 4:25pm ET start and the backup situation is murky. In Week 11, Daniel Thomas played 25 snaps and got five touches (all rushes). More talented Damien Williams played nine snaps and got two touches (all catches).
Marshawn Lynch (back) is listed as probable for Week 12.
Lynch returned to practice Friday and was declared "ready to go" by coach Pete Carroll. He'll be a top-five option despite a difficult matchup against Arizona's run defense. Lynch has at least 100 yards or a touchdown in three straight games.
49ers RT Anthony Davis (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 12.
Davis has struggled in pass protection this season, but it's a downgrade to Frank Gore's matchup. Jonathan Martin will start Sunday against Washington.
