Shaun Hill (thigh) is active for Week 3 against the Cowboys.
Bills declared RB Bryce Brown, LB Keith Rivers, CB Ross Cockrell, LB Randell Johnson, TE Chris Gragg, OG Cyril Richardson and OT Cyrus Kouandjio inactive for Week 3 against the Chargers.
This is the third game in a row Brown has been a healthy scratch. Anthony Dixon will be the No. 3 back for Buffalo. Keith Rivers is week-to-week with a groin injury. Rookie Preston Brown will start in his place.
Allen Robinson is listed as a starter opposite Cecil Shorts in Sunday's Week 3 game against the Colts.
Tavon Austin (knee) is inactive for Week 3 against the Cowboys.
Austin practiced on a limited basis Friday and will be held out until after the Rams' Week 4 bye. Stedman Bailey should see time in three-wide sets. Also inactive for St. Louis are RB Tre Mason, QB Case Keenum, CB Trumaine Johnson, S Maurice Alexander, CB Brandon McGee, and C/G Barrett Jones.
Eagles first-round LB Marcus Smith is active for Sunday's Week 3 game against the Redskins.
Smith played zero defensive snaps in Week 1 and was inactive in Week 2. But with ILB Mychal Kendricks (calf) inactive, Smith is up for depth. Unfortunately, inside is not where he wins. The rest of the Eagles inactives: QB Matt Barkley, S Earl Wolff, T Kevin Graf, G Matt Tobin, DE Taylor Hart and WR Josh Huff.
Dez Bryant (shoulder) is active for Week 3 against the Rams.
The Cowboys limited Bryant in practice this week with a shoulder injury, but his status was never a concern. He's Rotoworld's No. 2 receiver this week. Inactive for the Cowboys are LB Justin Durant, LB Rolando McClain, DT Davon Coleman, QB Dustin Vaughan, DE Anthony Spencer, CB Tyler Patmon, OT Donald Hawkins.
Keenan Allen (groin) is active for the Chargers' Week 3 matchup with the Bills.
Allen was questionable after being limited on Thursday and Friday. Now active, Allen is a borderline WR1 against the Bills' shaky secondary.
Chargers declared RB Ryan Mathews, WR Dontrelle Inman, CB Steve Williams, CB Chris Davis, NT Ricardo Mathews and NT Ryan Carrethers inactive for Week 3 against the Bills.
Mathews is dealing with a sprained MCL that should keep him out for at least a month. Davis is dealing with an ankle injury. The rest are healthy scratches.
