Following Sunday's Pro Bowl, Jimmy Graham said he now believes he won't need offseason shoulder surgery.

The Seahawks will be penalized 15 yards if Marshawn Lynch makes an obscene gesture during Sunday's Super Bowl.

Lynch has been fined a total of $31,050 for grabbing his crotch following touchdown runs this season. But he hasn't been penalized yet because the officials allegedly didn't see it. We can be certain that if he does it Sunday he'll get flagged as this story has gone national -- which is why coach Pete Carroll said he will speak to Beast Mode about the grab. According to offshore sportsbook Bovada, Lynch is an incredible -200 favorite to score a touchdown against the Patriots.

Bengals WLB Vontaze Burfict recently underwent microfracture surgery on his left knee.

It's one of the most serious procedures an athlete can undergo, as it involves drilling tiny fractures into the bone in an effort to develop new cartilage. This knee is becoming a chronic concern for Burfict, who also underwent surgery on the same joint in late October and played in just five games all year. For what it's worth, Burfict's surgeon says it's still very possible his patient will be ready for 2015 training camp. Linebacker has become a big need area in Cincinnati with Burfict's health uncertain, and MLB Rey Maualuga and SLB Emmanuel Lamur's contracts both up.

Odell Beckham said the hamstring injury that plagued him last summer never fully healed.

Two tears in his right hamstring caused Beckham to miss all of the offseason program, all of training camp and the first four games of the season. Then he put on one of the best displays by a rookie wideout ever, going 91-1,305-12 in just 12 games. We find it very hard to believe that he did this at less than 100 percent, but that's what he's saying. "I should be good by training camp," Beckham said after catching five balls in the Pro Bowl. "The plan is to play at full strength next season, and I definitely hope to do it. I'm just looking forward to getting healthy."

Jay Cutler has a "strong, personal relationship" with new QBs coach Dowell Loggains, and Cutler lobbied for the Bears to hire Loggains when Lovie Smith was still head coach.

The Bears' hire of Loggains under new coach John Fox suggests the team intends to keep Cutler for 2015, despite speculation Cutler could be traded. It's believed Loggains won't be "afraid to challenge Cutler, which the quarterback welcomes." A former Titans assistant, Loggains reportedly "pushed hard" for Tennessee to draft Cutler over Vince Young in 2006. Almost all signs point to Cutler remaining the Bears' quarterback in 2015.

Due to his latest suspension, Josh Gordon's contract will be tolled through the 2016 season, and he will only be eligible for restricted free agency in 2017.

This assumes the Browns don't cut Gordon. If they hold onto his rights -- doing so wouldn't count against Cleveland's roster limit -- Gordon will be signed for 2016 and eligible for the Browns to "tender" in 2017. All of this also assumes Gordon commits no violations during his year away. His contract will continue to be "tolled" as long as he's suspended.

FOX Sports' Alex Marvez reports "lots of folks" inside the NFL are "optimistic" suspended WR Justin Blackmon will return to the Jaguars in 2015.

Just as Josh Gordon's Dynasty league owners get the worst news possible, Blackmon's get a ray of hope. The Jaguars hope to have an update on Blackmon's progress before May's draft, at which point they can begin planning for the 2015 season. Blackmon remains "suspended indefinitely," with no concrete date for potential reinstatement. At Jaguars GM Dave Caldwell's season-ending presser this past December, he said he'd "heard some good things" about Blackmon's recovery from substance abuse. Blackmon turned 25 two weeks ago. His return would be a huge boost for beleaguered Blake Bortles.

Profootballtalk's Mike Florio confirms Josh Gordon's one-year suspension stems from a failed test for alcohol, a substance Gordon was prohibited from consuming following his July 2014 DUI.

Consuming alcohol seems minor to all of us, but it was explicitly banned for Gordon as part of his DUI treatment plan. As NFL Network's Ian Rapoport noted on Twitter, the NFL's substance abuse policy is "extremely strict and spelled out. He'll wait for 2016." Gordon will be 25 1/2 years old when the 2016 season kicks off. He led the NFL in receiving yards at age 22.
