Marcin Gortat finished Sunday's home loss with six points on 3-of-9 shooting, eight rebounds and two steals in 28 minutes.

Rudy Gobert will have that effect on opposing centers -- Utah is limiting opposing Cs to the fewest rebounds and assists, third-fewest points, fifth-fewest blocks, and sixth-fewest steals. That's worth remembering the next time a player is facing Utah in DFS, but Gortat's owners can expect a bounce-back effort on Wednesday vs. the Warriors.

Jason Smith fell out of the Wizards' rotation on Sunday.

Head coach Scott Brooks has praised Smith and spoken about finding minutes for him, but it just isn't happening with Ian Mahinmi back in the lineup. There's no reason to think Smith will re-emerge as an asset in any leagues this season.

Rodney Hood - G/F - Jazz

Rodney Hood pitched in 11 points, two 3-pointers, three rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block across 27 minutes of action on Sunday.

It's not a bad return for Hood's owners, especially since he scored just three points on 1-of-9 shooting on Friday. The starting job is his to lose and he's shown the ability to produce late-round value when healthy, so it can't hurt to check if he's floating on your waiver wire.
Feb 26 - 7:49 PM

Gordon Hayward lit up the Wizards for a game-high 30 points on Sunday, making 11-of-22 field goals with four 3-pointers, nine rebounds and two assists.

Hayward went just 4-of-8 at the line tonight, unusual for him, but his owners will happily overlook that small defect. He's exceeding expectations this season, averaging career-high numbers in multiple categories, and fantasy owners are reaping top-20 value over the past month.
Feb 26 - 7:48 PM

Malcolm Brogdon scored 15 points on 6-of-9 shooting Sunday, to go with seven assists, one 3-pointer, two steals and two turnovers in 24 minutes off the bench.

Brogdon helped spark a third-quarter run by the Bucks which put them in the lead, and all 15 of his points came during the second half of action. Brogdon continues to severely outplay starter Matthew Dellavedova, who missed all six of his shot attempts and finished the game with just two boards, three dimes, one steal and one turnover in 24 minutes, but with Jason Kidd at the helm, it's anyone's guess if Brogdon will ever make his way back into the starting five. He's still worth owning, though.
Feb 26 - 7:48 PM

Derrick Favors blocked four shots in 24 minutes vs. the Wizards, adding 10 points and seven rebounds in a 102-92 road victory.

Favors is looking good after getting time off during the All-Star break -- in his past two games he's averaging 14.5 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.0 blocks, while shooting 14-of-23 from the field. His owners' patience is finally starting to pay off, and as long as he stays healthy he should build momentum through the fantasy playoffs.
Feb 26 - 7:48 PM

Zach Randolph picked up 30 points, 11 rebounds and two assists across 26 minutes off the bench in Sunday's 105-98 win against the Nuggets.

It was Randolph's 15th double-double, all coming as a reserve. He leads the NBA in double-doubles off the bench this season. Despite a reserve role, Randolph has flourished. He is averaging 15.7 points and 9.3 rebounds per game over his past three outings. While he is no longer a 20-point, 10-rebound guy every night, he is still very productive in a majority of fantasy formats.
Feb 26 - 7:48 PM

Rudy Gobert dominated Sunday's game with a game-high 20 rebounds to go along with 15 points (2-of-5 FGs, 11-of-14 FTs), three assists, one steal and four blocks.

Gobert and his teammates turned up the defensive pressure after halftime and they finished with 11 blocks as a team. Gobert is returning steady third-round value over the past month, checking all the boxes his owners expected on draft day. He's still only 24 years old, and the best is yet to come.
