Randall Cobb caught four passes for 58 yards in Sunday's Week 12 win over the Vikings.
Cobb did most of his damage on a 29-yard catch in the first quarter. He had just five targets, and was held out of the end-zone for just the third time this season. Cobb will remain a top-12 option against the Patriots in Week 13.
Jermaine Gresham secured 4-of-6 targets for 33 yards in the Bengals' Week 12 win over the Texans.
Gresham was barely a factor one week removed from his two-TD outing against New Orleans. The contract-year tight end is likely in his final season with the Bengals, and should be left on waiver wires for the fantasy stretch run.
Zach Mettenberger completed 20-of-39 passes for 345 yards with two touchdowns and one interceptions in Sunday's Week 12 loss at Philadelphia.
Mettenberger's numbers look way better than he played. Under heavy pressure all day, he held the ball too long, dropped his eyes too often and took five sacks. His touchdowns came on a deflected crossing pattern to Justin Hunter and a garbage-time toss to Dexter McCluster with the score 40-17. Mettenberger will not be a recommended fantasy play at Houston's fearsome pass rush in Week 13.
DeAndre Hopkins caught 5-of-9 targets for 39 yards in the Texans' Week 12 loss to the Bengals.
On a quiet day for Houston's wideout corps, Hopkins reeled in a long second-half catch only to have the reception overturned on replay. Hopkins has been a WR2/3 in fantasy all year, but Houston's consistently erratic quarterback play has failed him at times. The Texans will take on the Titans next.
Reggie Wayne caught three passes for 10 yards in the Colts' Week 12 win over the Jaguars.
Wayne drew a team-high nine targets, but didn't look like himself. The 36-year-old needs a day off, as he can't separate. Wayne could have easily had two touchdowns, but had a short, high pass go through his fingertips in the end zone. Andrew Luck later over-threw Wayne down the left sideline on a would-be 77-yard score. There were no Jaguars within five yards of Wayne. Wayne has a plus matchup at home against the Redskins in Week 13.
Jordy Nelson had eight catches for 68 yards in Sunday's Week 12 win over the Vikings.
Nelson was matched up with Josh Robinson for most of the game. He failed to get anything going downfield with Aaron Rodgers despite his team-high 12 targets. Nelson still led the Packers in receiving in a game where Rodgers only completed 19 passes. He could be shadowed by Darrelle Revis next week against the Patriots, but will remain a top-five receiver play.
Jonathan Grimes rushed twice for 16 yards and caught three balls for 32 yards in the Texans' Week 12 loss to Cincinnati.
One week after the Texans piled up 54 team rushing attempts in a win over Cleveland, the Houston run game was not nearly as successful. Therefore, change-of-pace and third-down back Grimes handled just the five touches compared to Alfred Blue's 19. Game flow simply didn't allow for more work. Arian Foster (groin) is tentatively due back in Week 13. Houston's third-string tailback, Grimes is not worth rostering in 12- or 14-team fantasy leagues.
Zach Ertz caught four passes for 30 yards in Sunday's Week 12 win over the Titans.
After making an 8-yard catch in the first quarter, Ertz went to the locker room for further testing on an oblique injury. Everything came back clean and he returned to action after missing only a couple possessions. Ertz remains a complementary player, as evidenced by Brent Celek getting seven targets and James Casey stealing a touchdown. Even in a plus matchup against the Cowboys on Thanksgiving, Ertz is only a TE2.
