Giovani Bernard was held to 45 yards on 17 carries and caught two passes for 22 yards in the Bengals' Week 12 win over Houston.

Bernard got the start in his first game back from a four-week absence. Aside from a 19-yard gain Gio busted on his fourth rushing attempt, he was held to 26 yards on 16 carries. Bernard was bottled up while mixing and matching with Jeremy Hill. From a fantasy standpoint, it's especially notable that Hill consistently played ahead of Gio in scoring position, executing a two-yard touchdown early in the third quarter. Both backs finished with 19 touches, but Hill was far more effective. Bernard will be a low-end RB2/flex play in Week 13 against the Buccaneers.

T.Y. Hilton caught four passes for 122 yards and one touchdown in the Colts' 23-3, Week 12 win over the Jaguars.

Arriving to the stadium 15 minutes before the game due to his wife giving birth to their baby girl Sunday morning, Hilton's status for the game had Twitter in a pre-game frenzy. No worries. Hilton was targeted five times on a disappointing passing day for Andrew Luck. His big play was a 73-yard touchdown catch where Hilton ran right by CB Dwayne Gratz down the right sideline into the end zone. Hilton will be a locked-in WR1 against the Redskins in Week 13.

Jeremy Hill rushed 18 times for 87 yards and a touchdown and caught a nine-yard pass in the Bengals' Week 12 win over the Texans.

Gio Bernard got the start, but Hill entered on Cincinnati's second possession and the two mixed and matched from that point on. It's worth noting that Hill was inserted ahead of Gio on an early fourth-and-goal play at the Texans' one-yard line, although Cincinnati unsuccessfully threw a fade, turning the ball over on downs. Hill opened the second half with a two-yard walk-in touchdown, once again playing ahead of Bernard in scoring position. Hill iced the game with a fourth-quarter scamper of 30 yards. Hill and Gio both finished with 19 touches, but the rookie was far more effective as he's been all year. Hill remains an RB2 with RB1 upside entering a Week 13 date with the Buccaneers.

Titans LT Taylor Lewan left Sunday's Week 12 loss to the Eagles in the fourth quarter with an ankle injury.

Lewan got rolled up from behind and had to be helped off the field. The No. 11 overall pick was having a brutal day before leaving, getting lit up by Trent Cole and a fearsome Eagles pass rush. Lewan was replaced by Byron Stingily.

Browns FS Tashaun Gipson was forced from Cleveland's Week 12 game against the Falcons with a right knee injury, and will not return.

Gipson collided with Joe Haden in mid-air, and immediately went down clutching his right knee. He tried to hobble off the field before collapsing. The cart was brought out, and Gipson was visibly distraught as he headed to the locker room. It's quite possibly a season-ending knee injury for a player who entered Week 12 leading the league in interceptions. The Browns' defense keeps taking body blows.

49ers declared WR Quinton Patton, OT Anthony Davis, NT Glenn Dorsey, CB Tramaine Brock, WR Bruce Ellington, QB Josh Johnson, and TE Vance McDonald inactive for Week 12 against the Redskins.

A non-factor all year, Patton has fallen behind Stevie Johnson and Brandon Lloyd in addition to Anquan Boldin and Michael Crabtree.
Nov 23 - 3:03 PM

Emmanuel Sanders (concussion) is active for Week 12 against the Dolphins.

Sanders avoided setbacks throughout the week, and can be safely fired up as a top-15 option for Week 12.
Nov 23 - 3:00 PM

Redskins declared WR Leonard Hankerson, LT Trent Williams, QB Kirk Cousins, WR Aldrick Robinson, CB David Amerson, TE Jordan Reed, and DL Chris Baker inactive for Week 12 against the 49ers.

Reed will be replaced by Niles Paul. Amerson is a healthy scratch and has apparently been benched. On Sunday, third-round rookie Morgan Moses will fill in for injured Williams as Robert Griffin III's blind-side tackle.
