Julius Thomas secured four-of-six targets for 27 yards in the Broncos' Week 7 win over the 49ers.

It's the first time Thomas has been held out of the end-zone this season. His six targets were behind only Demaryius Thomas. All four of Peyton Manning's touchdowns went to receivers this week. Thomas will look to get back on track against the Chargers on Thursday night.

Anquan Boldin had seven catches for 50 yards in Week 7 against the Broncos.

With Chris Harris locking down Michael Crabtree, Boldin was targeted a team-high 10 times. He dropped a touchdown in the second quarter, and was also called for a penalty that cost the 49ers another score. Boldin remains just a low-upside WR3/4. He isn't a must-hold with the 49ers on a bye in Week 8.

Stevie Johnson caught five passes for 79 yards and a touchdown in Sunday night's Week 7 loss to the Broncos.

Johnson played in the majority of three-wide sets with Michael Crabtree and Anquan Boldin. He wasn't limited by the hip injury that cost him practice time this week. Johnson's touchdown came on a four-yard strike from Colin Kaepernick in the back of the end-zone. He doesn't have a major role in the 49ers' offense, but has been productive with three touchdowns in his last four games. Johnson remains just a WR5 for fantasy purposes.
Oct 20 - 1:15 AM

Michael Crabtree was limited to four catches for 27 yards in Sunday night's Week 7 loss to the Broncos.

Crabtree was shut down by Chris Harris for most of the game. He two dropped passes in first half, and had a touchdown called back in the fourth quarter. Crabtree doesn't have a 100-yard game this season, and will need to continue to get red-zone targets. He has a 32/322/3 line through seven weeks.
Oct 20 - 1:09 AM

Wes Welker had three catches for 50 yards and a touchdown in the Broncos' Week 7 win over the 49ers.

Welker had a 39-yard catch and run down the left sideline for Peyton Manning's record-tying 508th career touchdown. He was able to bounce back after being held to one catch last week, but has only four targets over the last two games. Welker will remain just a WR3 for Thursday night against the Chargers.
Oct 20 - 12:58 AM

Emmanuel Sanders caught three passes for 41 yards and a touchdown in Sunday night's Week 7 win over the 49ers.

Sanders scored his first touchdown of the season on the Broncos' opening possession. He also had a second touchdown called back, and drew a pass interference call in the end-zone. Sanders was quiet for the rest of the game with just three targets. He'll be a higher-end WR2 in Week 8 against the Chargers.
Oct 20 - 12:48 AM

Frank Gore was held to 20 yards on nine carries in the 49ers' Week 7 loss to the Broncos.

Gore was held in check by the Broncos run defense and couldn't get anything going behind an offensive line that was missing three starters. The 49ers abandoned the run in the second half, with Carlos Hyde getting the majority of work over Gore late in the game. Gore is averaging just 4.1 YPC and has one touchdown in seven games. The 49ers could look to get Hyde more involved coming out of their Week 8 bye.
Oct 20 - 12:42 AM

Demaryius Thomas had eight catches for 171 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday night's Week 7 win over the 49ers.

Thomas was on the receiving end of Peyton Manning's record-breaking touchdown. He was able to take advantage of being matched up with a less than fully healthy Tramaine Brock for most of the game. Thomas beat Perrish Cox deep down the field for his second score. After getting off to a slow start, Thomas has three straight games with at least 120 yards and a touchdown. He should be a top-three option against the Chargers in Week 8.
