Lions LCB Darius Slay was forced from Sunday's game against the Redskins with a right hamstring injury, and is questionable to return.
Cody Kessler exited Week 7 against the Bengals and is being examined for a possible concussion.
Kessler hit the back of his head on the turf when being slammed to the ground by DE Carlos Dunlap on a red-zone shovel pass. UDFA rookie Kevin Hogan is now in at quarterback for Cleveland and has shown some rushing ability. Before leaving, Kessler was 9-of-11 passing for 82 scoreless yards.
Bobby Rainey rushed once for one yard and "added" one catch for negative two yards Week 7 against the Rams.
With Rashad Jennings back, Rainey has 10 touches the last two weeks. He can be cut in all formats.
Paul Perkins rushed four times for 12 yards and added four yards on his only target Week 7 against the Rams.
Perkins was the main back on the Giants' only respectable drive of the game, but he was nowhere to be found as Rashad Jennings ran into brick wall after brick wall in the second half. Perkins might not have been able to do better, the Giants might as well try something new. He could have a bigger role coming out of the bye.
Saints LT Terron Armstead left Sunday's Week 7 game against the Chiefs with a knee injury and is questionable to return.
Armstead exited late in the first quarter. He left the field on his own power before taking a cart to the locker room. Armstead missed three games with a knee issue earlier this year so it looks like he may have aggravated a pre-existing injury. Tony Hills has entered the game at left tackle.
Eagles SCB Ron Brooks was carted off Week 7 against the Vikings with a right knee injury.
It was a non-contact injury for Brooks, who appeared to be fitted with an air cast on his right leg and was quickly ruled out for the game. He is likely out for the season. Malcolm Jenkins should cover the slot with Brooks out.
Rashad Jennings rushed 13 times for 25 yards and a touchdown and caught 2-of-3 targets for 24 yards Week 7 against the Rams.
Jennings saved his fantasy day with a short touchdown run in the fourth quarter, but he was terrible most of the game. Not coincidentally, the Giants' one good drive came with Paul Perkins handling the majority of the work. The rookie, of course, was nowhere to be found in the second half. Jennings is averaging 2.7 yards a carry this season. His role could be dramatically reduced coming out of the bye week.
Vikings S Andrew Sendejo exited Week 7 against the Eagles with an ankle injury.
Sendejo got the turnover party started with an interception, but he suffered an ankle injury on the return. He had to be carted into the locker room. Sendejo is officially questionable to return.
